Question Casumo withdrawals.

The AML's are european not just the UK so it won't just be UK players getting them.

My last withdrawal was done the next day, so total time was around 14 hours.
I've done 2 last night, ones just over 12 hours now, other ones close to 12 hours.
Nice to see the reps jumping in to clarify whats going on at the moment, not just from Casumo.
Belarus is not in EU :p

But casino is regulated in EU, so I believe it is normal request(soon will be...). Problem is that I do not have any contract or something like that. Just send them PDF from bank where they can see I got money as salary :) Will update.
 
Personally any casino asking for my bank statements wanting to know all the details of income in and out and go do one. I would never submit such sensitive information for god knows who to see! This is bullshit .. !
 
The AML's are not just European and not something EU is driving through. They are global, mainly these days originating from FATF. While the European current legal framework is in some ways tighter than FATF or US equivalents, it actually brings the US and European systems closer together.

It easier to policy movement of funds when global economies work with similar rules.

I count myself lucky then that my last withdrawal hit within 10 minutes and it was quite a substantial amount (1000 Euro).

Wonder what triggers fast payments. It is certainly not because I am a VIP member - nowhere near to level 180 yet!!!

Being at level 180 means nothing at all these days. Gone are all the decent promotions, only to be replaced by their silly reel races.
So I wouldn't be in too much of a hurry to get to 180
 
Still slow. Requested 1k yesterday, nothing happens. Withdrawal Times should be corrected in the Accredited Section. No Manual Flushing!

Why won't you let me verify my account before I deposit again? why do I need a withdrawal first? Seems a bit of bs to me. Trying to find a new casino to play but I guess its not yours....won't happen with that rule.

Casumo have a verification section you upload to don't they?
Click your user name, then account verification and you should be able to do it from there.

I added a new card last week, which didn't show up as needing verified straight away, popped onto live chat, they sorted it, I uploaded and it was verified in about 3 hours, on a Sunday evening.

Then if there is a verification section Im missing it, I even went on live chat they said no, not until you withdrawal. But if you know where to verify please show me cause I dont see any options on my end.

I get that, point is I won't deposit again unless you let me verify my account first, been screwed over before so not giving you money then if I win have you not verify me or delay things. Why can't I verify my account? Open this page or do whatever so I can. Or no?

So who then decides whether or not that person can afford it and where is the line drawn? Who sets the rules and regulations or is at your discretion?

Yet the UKGC say SOW documents can ONLY be used for SOW purposes (unless thats changed recently).
 
That's decided by the team who checks your SOW.
That’s a can of worms waiting to be opened. I can see depositing becoming more hassle than it’s worth. I would also think that if the rules ( whatever they maybe ) are followed stringently then a fair proportion of customers will be excluded from being able to deposit given the amount of posts I see where people have self excluded in one place but can’t resist temptation and deposit somewhere else or at a related site leading to problems. People who are excluded at your discretion will find the same problem at other accredited casinos if the checking teams are consistent. This will only lead them to depositing at rogue casinos which benefits neither you or the customer.

To be clear, this document is not used as a proof of any kind when it comes to responsible gaming, only when it comes to SOW questions.
If there is any sign, our responsible gaming team is notified and they contact the player. Worth taking into account is that what ever choice our responsible gaming team take, it's within legal frameworks.

Another thing is that we usually do not close accounts upon finding something disturbing, it happens very rarely. The most work our responsible gaming team does is inform players (that they might find to be in risk) about how they can manage their account with limits or breaks, where they can turn if they are worried about their gambling or how to know the signs of a problem with gambling responsibly.

Your withdrawal times are horrible, under staffed? Lazy? Just wondering if your even trying to compete with the top casino's or whats your reasoning?. If you get my deposit instantly where is my withdrawal when I win fair and square?
 
I have found them hit or miss when it comes to withdrawals. Either really quick or an eternity. Only people you can pretty much guarantee on being instant is VS.
