Question Casumo withdrawals.

Even VS to be fair can be up to an hour. Mr Green are,U.K. wise, the quickest in my experience-seconds.

I wouldn’t call Casumo’s horrible by any stretch. Inconsistent probably fits better. 23 hours one day, 5 mins the next.

I switched to them after telling myself I would never sign up with another casino, but ended up enjoying the casino, first withdrawals-instant and next day bank transfers....so ....I thought that was their way so relied on it being next day now they don't even try to get it done for you, back to videoslots I go *sigh*. They’re all over the place - I took out 1k last month. 20 minutes. I then kept some and made it 100 again. That 100 took 23 ish hours plus, I think. So obviously the amount isn’t the issue.

Tbh I found it rare to go over the 24 hours....normally 23hrs 59minutes.

Why the need to manually process amounts under a certain value? Odd

Straight after my post above, I did something I very rarely do and went to their live chat. The idea to ask their average payment times, nothing more and not to pressure them to process it.

Ironically ( ) their payments team happened to be processing my cash out at the very moment I had contacted their support, strange how these "coincidences" happen isn't it

Crazy, my withdraws take *literally* 1 second. I open my mail the moment after I request the withdraws and they're already there. Withdraws have been instant all over the place ever since the new Swedish gambling law though. I thought Rizk took the record because theirs take like 10-15 seconds but Casumo is literally instant.

It's a hard topic as it can differ so much depending on different factors.
The most usual reason for a withdrawal to take a longer time to process is that we are having a queue. This is as simple as it sounds, it's a lot of withdrawals to process, therefore it builds up a queue. The reason for this queue can also be different, it can be influxes of the amount of withdrawals coming in and there could be an issue of sickness which result in less people handling the processing.

If you ever feel like you want your withdrawal processed faster, you can always pop by the chat or the email. But be prepared that sometimes there are longer queues and during that time we might not be able to process withdrawal request.
However, feel free to drop by and ask because it never hurts to ask

@Kimmy1286 Locking the withdrawal doesn't change the process time, it only makes you unable to cancel it.
