Hi Everyone

I recently signed up to casumo casino to use the 20 free spins that they offer on signup. I got lucky and after playing slots for about an hour I was £200 up and had played out my bonus so this money was mine to withdraw. I went to withdraw it and they asked me for photo ID and all this other stuff, which I sent them. In the mean time I had won another £130 on the slots and lost it, so I was back to £200 and decided to withdraw it again. I have now been asked to provide a full bank statement showing all 4 corners, which I will, fair enough, but in the same email they told me that they had confiscated my winnings. Okay, so this was for creating another account... I did have 2 more accounts but no money was won on them and it doesn't say anywhere that multiple accounts are not allowed? I mean shouldn't it stop you in the sign up process if it saw my IP was the same? anyway I'm just wanting to get my £200 as I go on holiday next Wednesday and It would've been a nice little bit of extra money. I think it's unfair how they have used multiple accounts thing against me but what does this have to do with my winnings? Doesn't it just mean my account should've been closed? It was my first account too so it's not like I've created another account after not winning on the free slots... I've emailed them but from reviews I've read I'm guessing I won't be hearing anything back anytime soon haha. I mean it isn't a bad casino and I would happily deposit their to play, but I wanted to get my £200 out before depositing as I didn't want to get f'd over by a stupid bonus that messes up my balance. This deffinitley doesn't make me want to play here now tho and it deffinitley puts me off depositing and giving more money to these crooks. I do not recommend whatever the outcome, but advise on this matter will be appreciated.

Quite a bold move to come here and complain about them when all wrongdoing was done by you. Creating multiple accounts to leech freebies until finally you can run away with a profit is obviously frowned upon and not allowed as stated in the aforementioned terms.

It clearly says multiple accounts aren't allowed.
Before you call someone a crook you should really look in the mirror I'm afraid.

They have every right to consficate your winnings if you keep opening accounts up to take the freebies.
The casino's are not a charity

They can remove them because you breached the T&C's.
You signed up more than one account to deceive them, put it this way, you are complaining about things that are clearly in the T&C's, you broke them, not them. You signed up more than one account, did you tell them you were signing up multiple times, you know like they told you you weren't allowed to. If you did and they said it was ok, then I'll agree they are not in the right and are scamming you, if you didn't then its you who tried to scam them.

No, sorry it is you that is the absolute joke, or at least your actions.

The worst part is that you jump on CM thinking we are all fools and will say how terrible the casino is for taking the actions they did etc.

Even my 7 and 4 year old's know the 'One per IP' rule and that there is not and never will be any getting away with breaking said rule.
 
Is this real or troll ? OP get a grip you knew what you were doing. No way will the casino pay and I dont blame them. Its really clear in the terms. And I know of no casino who allows multiple accounts. You will find little sympathy here for such folly. Casumo are no way a scam. Move on you wont see a penny.
 
I'm thinking of opening multiple accounts. Anything to be able to withdraw from one of them given my recent f***ing luck :eek:

ha .... go for it .... your in same boat as me at moment even if i could open 100 accounts with the same casino I would still loose right now :D
 
Wow, seriously...OP you just opened new account even though you already have an account with them so you can get free spins for new customer...

I mean can you do math?

If every customer keep opening account until they win something from free spins offer, all casino will be bankrupted.

Why would you create multiple accounts on a casino anyway.
Don't see the point, unless you want to avail of multiple bonusses of the same type.
In that case it is simple bonus abuse.

I have never issues with Casumo,they always pay me.
But then again, I only have 1 account with them. :rolleyes:

Use a realistic example, like 10 or 12 :eek:

My kids are a handful and stress inducing enough at 4 and 7 lol, they can stay at 4 and 7 forever.

Actually dreading the 10-12 stage as grey hair is coming thru already and I can see me relocating to a tent at the bottom of our garden.

My advice would be to stop calling them crooks. As has been explained, opening up multiple accounts is a big "no no" for exactly the reason that you have opened up those multiple accounts.

Here is hoping you haven't pulled that trick at other casinos because the same fate may happen to you again in the very near future :eek2:

Nope - the company is not a joke. It's you who is the joke. You can't be arsed to read or follow the terms and conditions, and it's the casino's fault? :what:

And you can't be bothered to read the forum rules here either. When you have a complaint, you post it in the "Complaints" forum and notify the representative. And guess what? We have a zero tolerance policy for violators of this rule.

Should a' read the rules here too, eh?
 
The infamous "Yeah, but" Defence is quite strong with this one. Unlike his paragraphing skills.

Next time I lose money at a casino, I'll just use that tactic. I'll swindle them by saying that I would have given it to Barnados, or I just fancied buying some new trainers. They're bound to go for my elaborate ruse :p
