I've recently come across the above two casinos which are new to me. They seem to target the UK market in particular and feature IGT slots.
Metro play seems to be the same company who issues a free paper across the larger UK cities (its the same logo anyway)

Just wondered if anyone had any playing experience with either? Thanks

MetroPlay I played at years back and they were fine - no pending, quick cash outs. Dunno about the other one.

I Would Not Recommend Castle Jackpot - Read--

Looked OK, I like IGT, checked the terms, then needed to chat - I'm glad I did!

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

    You are now chatting

Patrick: Hi how can i help?

you: hi, I read the terms and cannot see if you stipulate a pending withdrawal period, or are you like most IGT sites whereby withdrawals are not reversible and quick?

    you: hello?

Patrick: you can reverse a withdrawal at most stages of our process and this would normally go back into your gaming about within about 5 minutes

you: That's not what I meant, how fast DO you process wd's-I cannot see a pending period in the terms.

Patrick: we normally have them processed within about 2 working days then it takes 5-7 working days to credit your account not including weekends

you: Yes, strange, because if I made a w/d and you processed it back to a debit or credit card, that would take 1-3 days in the UK, not 5-7.

Patrick: it does not go off the banking process it go's off our withdrawals process that is the same on most of our sites and with most banking transfers take 3-5 days via bac's or card transfer

you: So, before I play, let's say I make a w/d Monday morning back to my banks debit card. When would I expect it back in my bank account?

Patrick: as i stated it takes 2 working days to process and 5-7 working days to credit your account not including weekends

you: So in my example above I would make a w/d and not see it until a week Wednesday (9 days from auctioning the w/d)

    you: sorry 'actioning'

    Patrick: thats correct

you: OK last query, what other sites are in your group - I ask in case I've been a member in the past and don't want to create issues of duplicate accounts etc.

Patrick: we have bet uk, pink casino, bingo stars, 21.com

Your chat transcript will be sent to This email is not visible to you. at the end of your chat.

you: OK, well I have no issues of duplication by what you've just stated, but I cannot justify playing somewhere with such a slow w/d process. As you may be aware, many sites offering the same software offer almost instant cashouts via webwallets and process 24/7 almost instantly back to your debit card. For this reason I would like my account shut please. Thanks for your help Patrick.
    Patrick: One moment please

Patrick: Can I take your user name please?

    you: dunover

Patrick: ok that's closed for you now

you: Thanks Patrick, another time maybe.

    Patrick: No problem

    Many thanks for that dunover.

I also like IGT games, so checked all the T&Cs and deposited £100 with Castle Jackpot and got £100 welcome bonus. I did ask what the withdrawal period was and was told 3-5 working days.

In any case, my £200 went very quickly (which tbh is fairly unusual for a new account) so the withdrawal time isn't an issue for me at the moment! But could be in the future, you never know!

I think on the basis of what you've found out I'll also close my account.

    Many thanks

Yeah, they're Alderney licensed and no doubt a straight outfit, but like I've always maintained there is no need for grindingly slow w/d's nowadays. On that basis I don't need to play there, so they won't get my deposit on that basis alone.
