Just warning peeps not to try this Casino as there are many better MG.
I have made 6 consecutive deposits there for slots and got below 50% payout everytime.
No idea if they pay fast or slow but I doubt anyone ever wins there to find out.
CS is slow also.
Up to you but just letting you know.

This sounds like normal variance. How much did you wager at Casino US before deciding that their payout is low? Do you believe that Microgaming operators have the ability to adjust their casino's payout, so payouts may be consistently less at one Microgaming casino than other? Do you believe that the Casino US audit reports that show payouts in line with other Microgaming casinos have been falsified?

Slots seem tight at ALL MG at present. It's one of those long "suck" modes MG seem to have. It WILL turn around though, and we will see great slot wins coming along. The new ones seem to have featured in Winner Screenshots though.

3 Card Poker seems very tight too:mad:

No problems with the 4 handed Video Poker though;)

It would also be normal variance to be ahead with 6 consecutive deposits but that has never happened.
Below 55% (not 50% as I said) is very low and possibly I was just very unlucky but yes I do believe individual operators can set their own payouts with MG software.

Have not checked their Audit but I would take any Casinos figures that is not properly regulated with a huge pinch of salt.
If I was saying they had been falsified I would need very good evidence first.

I probably played a few 1000 spins so not a massive sample although the features were very scarce and always payed poorly.

Also I forgot to mention that my comp points were still at Zero even though I played over several Days.
CS said it might be a little slow updating, I said I had made sveral deposits and played over the course of a Week, very slow indeed.
All they could say was to keep checking despite there being an obvious problem..

So their CS was also poor so I am just advising folk about my experience there, I am not saying they are rogue.

Play there by all means but IMO there are much better choices.

When I Joined Casino US/UK, on only my 7th spin after joining I hit the feature on harveys on a 0.75 bet, it paid 300+. (My highest ever win on that slot)

But there would be no point in me posting here saying "Everyone join this casino because you will hit big right away!" This is just the way it goes. Some people will hit big, and some people will hit nothing......that's gambling.

Also there is no reason for a casino to lower the % payout. 96% is perfect for the casino. They will make a lot of money at this rate. If they lowered it, people would stop winning and no-one would play. So Even if they had the option to change it, they would rather keep it at 96% as they will make more money this way.

A few thousand spins on a high variance slot is no where near enough data to estimate the payout of a casino. For example, I just ran 1000 sims of 3000 hands on All Aces. In some of the sims, the player was down >800 betting units after the 3000 hands. This corresponds to a payout of ~70% on a game that has an expected payout of 99.92%. However, in some of the sims the player hit big wins and was up >2000 betting units -- a ~170% payout. The low 70% payouts and high 170% payouts averaged out to produce a net average payout of 99.9% over all of the 1000 sims.

The expected range of return is greater for bonus slots with a higher variance than VP, so you are expected to have some payouts of well below 70% and some payouts of well above 170%. A payout of 50% may be normal for a few thousand spins on a high variance slot when you do not hit a big win. And a payout of 200%+ may be normal when you do hit some big wins.

My experience of Thunderstruck supports this, you need a very big sample to get an accurate figure.
I used to pay the Thunderstruck scoreboard at Casino Action (RIP), and would low roll, sometimes around 20K or 30K spins in the day. Some days/accounts the payout was lousy, even over such large numbers of spins, but other days I could go way ahead, even over such large samples, and this was down to getting big wins, mainly on bonus rounds. Hitting 5 wild hammers (or cocks;) ) in free spins pays not 1500x line bet, but 4500x line bet, and will throw you way ahead. 4x Thor is better, and one combo has 4x Thor, and 5 wild hammers on two separate lines from one spin - get that combo in free spins, and you might need to change your underwear;)

(I've had it - see winner screenshots & 8000 win on Thunderstruck:D )

I love all this "You need a huge sample business" to get an accurate payout %.
That maybe so but if it is please can someone tell me why I am never up after a few thousand spins as this is also a small sample size.
Got that?
You can't have it both ways.

Well done on your win Mathew, nice hit
but I think you are being exceptionally naive when you talk about no need for Casinos to lower payout %
Why not have 98% slots then or 97% huh?, huh?
Do you see yet?
Good

Fair to point out you had a good experience there though Mathew and why not post that you had your best win at this Casino?
Imparting information is what these boards are for, or am I missing something?

Thank you Rusty .

If people never win then they will never play again. So having a good Payout % will do the casino more good in the long run I believe.

If they set it to 98% then it would take them twice as long to make the same money...Any higher than 98% and a small casino might not even be able to survive after they've paid their bills...

What I meant was there would be no point in me posting to advise people to play there just because I won. My experience there will be totally irrelevant to their experience with the casino.

Rusty, FWIW CasinoUS seems to have normal variance and is the only MG that I play because I've received all payouts in 48 hours, even on weekends (via QT). Fair monthly loyalty bonuses too. Maybe just a bad run.
