Vien: Previous to February 2009 BigDaddysCasino ran several promotions and saw a turn-around time of about 1-2 days or less for withdrawals, but in recent weeks we have experienced delays in our withdrawal processing.

Vien: All I can do is forward your complaint and concerns to them. We are just a hired 3rd party support. We do not handle any of the player withdraw requests.
