Hi, I did a deposit 4 days ago in casinoshare.com for monthly bonus 100 %, but yet today I don't receive nothing............. every time is the same history, I send many email but they don't replay me, there isn't chat , it's incredible !!!!!!!I think I never deposit in this casino in the future............I council to you don't play here, this is a bad casino !!!!!!!! :mad:

Ok, let's recap. You signed up there sometime in the past... got the original bonus... and since then have been playing the monthly bonus too. Hard to determine what has truly transpired, not because of the broken english but because you supply no real information.

1. I am guessing you have not deposited there anytime earlier this month (1st deposit of the month only).

2. I am guessing you have followed the kind of hard to find written instructions on how to claim the monthly bonus.... not exactly 100% on that since English is not your main language.

3. I am guessing you are not referring to Casinoshare in part of the OP.
"Every time is the same history...I send many email..." Is this at Casinoshare? If so then why would you keep depositing once a month?

I havent had any problems with them, and I think you would like to just get your bonus (which isnt a bad thing) since your final statement is 'I think I never deposit....'

I bet you do deposit again.... though I have no idea of what can be done to get support to reply.

Kind of sad they dont have a phone number.

You try using their website email system?

I had the same problem with them for my monthly bonus. Emailed a couple of times, finally got the bonus (and a reply) after about a 20 hour wait. I had PM'd the rep on board here who apologized for the delay, and said it was due to the new legislation and their $10 signup offer. However, he assured me that the crunch had passed and support should be working fine. Obviously, that's not the case if some people are still having the same problems. Fast and knowledgeable customer support is THE biggest issue for me, and I won't play at a casino that doesn't have that. Maybe this is still growing pains on their part, as they're relatively new.

If the OP has really been waiting four days, and is legitimate...that is totally unacceptable. Pidduv, did you PM the rep here?

I have looked in to spending money at your casino, but I have been a little too nervous that I will not see any benefits with your casino, so I have decided to spend with casinos who stick to what they say they will.

I had a simular story. Was told by the rep here that it was due to them shifting offices. Was also told that their phone support & live chat was to be operational at the start of Oct...The reason they'd not implemented it was due to their shifting offices.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and deposted the following week for the Oct monthly bonus comp, only to find a repeat of the same sub-standard support. Yep another 14 hour email response wait...

Contacted the rep again (that was 3-4 weeks ago) have yet to receive a repsonse.


Fast and knowledgeable customer support is THE biggest issue for me, and I won't play at a casino that doesn't have that. Maybe this is still growing pains on their part, as they're relatively new.

IMO these guys are just telling people stories and really neeed to get their collective sh#t together.

I find it hard to understand how they can have a 10 week promotional $100,000 draw and still not have phone or live chat, not to mention NO loyalty program...

Seems to me the $100,000 would be better spent of getting their support upgraded...

Edit: This may explain why 2 or less people claim their winning tickets in their daily draws...People are jacked about the sub standard BS support & have un-installed the casino...

Also wanted to add that it was not Max Wright Director of Gaming CasinoShare.com who I had contact here with. It was Chavin Benson.

I was not, nor is it my style to be offensive, however, I was pretty blunt and to the point, stating I don't like being feed BS, which I felt I had been.

This is a very reputable casino, I think they do have some issues which need to be taken up, but the support are pretty quick, and their withdrawals are quite fast too. If this is your first withdrawal they probably want verification before they process your withdrawal.
I have made withdrawals which are really fast, in fact the withdrawal showed up in my bank the day before the deposit went out.
As I say they definatly need a more of a stable and a one to one feeling support, and not this email system, which is really annoying, but to say they are bad, I think I will have to let you play in some real bad casinos, before you come to such a conculsion!
I have a withdrawal which I requested a week or so back, and I have still not considered that casino bad (yet).

I was saying I got a reply form them,, a few times, so how can you say no-one gets a reply. Did youu send them a message from their website like I suggested earlier on?

Your withdrawl took 3 days, which I admit is longer than we aim for, but occasionally this kind of delay can occur.

On the question about support, we are working on getting phone and live chat support, we are investing heavily in this area and are increasing our numbers in the call center.


I predict that by November 1st this will be in place, if not before.

I don't think they (Casinoshare) are purposely trying to be dodgy.

This is a some what volatile thread, however, Max's latest post shows he didn't bother to typo his response. Given he's CasinoShare's operations manager, one could rightly take the view that mis-communication is rife thru all ranks.

If this is an example of the incompetence coming from the top, then I have no qualms as to why this operation still has not got its collective act together.

IMO promoting a $100,000 draw when you don't have the basic support requirements to manage a MG casino successfully (this thread proves that), is just another example of this incompetence.

Lets hope this doesn't go the way that Good Fellows did!

PS Its taken this long and still no phone/live support, how long is it going to take to get your Loyalty program in place Max? I shudder to think!
 
Overwhelmed

Clearly Casinoshare are overwhelmed at present. The suggestion that the new loyalty program would be truly innovative has interested me in joining up (provided I can play in pounds, Neteller has cruel fees for currency exchange).

I will not strain them further by joining as I had planned. I will be patient till full support, and the loyalty system, are both in place.

I do hope the loyalty scheme lives up to promises, and has other casinos worried about their mundane 1pt per $10 efforts - often jollied up by double point offers, inflated maths (1pt per $1, but redeemed at a similarly crappy rate to make up).
I would expect, from the name casinoshare, that a percentage of the profit would go into a pool and be distributed back to players in proportion to the wagering they had done, worked out by the points they accumulate. Similar to the way a company pays dividends to shareholders in proportion to the number of shares they own.
