I could just as well have named the thread "How to get a member to run for the hills" or "How to give a member a good laugh" well you get my drift I'm sure.

Quite a few (maybe even most?) casinos impose a small WR on non-bonus deposits - usually only Dx1 I believe.
This is to discourage players using their casino accounts simply to move their money from one place to another; e.g. Deposit with a credit card and withdraw by Neteller. The player would incur only small (or no) fees for this, whereas the casinos could have to pay large-ish fees for the transactions.

Seriously though, I have a theory that they have some set responses already typed out:

Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Thank you for contacting blah blah blah

And they insert them by a keyboard shortcut and sometimes they just do the wrong one.

OH - once I had a chat with someone and it was one of those where you're supposed to put your name in the one box so your name shows up in chat like this:

And I had actually started typing my question in that same box - so through my whole chat it was something like this:
Chat person: Hello how can I help?

Chat person: How are you?

Funny stuff it's my impression too that they have some set phrases, From now on I'm gonna save the memorable ones including my own screw ups usually technical ones.The tech support people are usually friendly and helpful but I can see them shake their heads and reach for the aspirin.

I've had some weird chats at one casino where there's a delay in the system, can't explain it any better. They say it's some kind of overload and obviously they don't think it's a big deal cause they never apologize.
On my side it's a big deal since I have to wait 5-10 minutes for every damn line the CO writes.
It goes like this

Ok let me have a look at that.
Then i see "operator is typing" and she's typing infinitely. I'm waiting anxiously for the reply for 5-10 minutes and then finally she stops typing, and then it comes
Thank you for your patience
Then she starts typing again and it starts all over. When i finally get the reply to my question what happens? It all starts again naturally and I have to wait 10 more minutes to see if she will add any other useful information but it's usually:
Is there anything else I can do for you?

I think you will find that this is down to the CS dealing with other customers, so when you see them typing, it isn`t always a reply to you .

Before I can chat they ask for my casino name....account number and email address. Then the chat starts:

Yeah it does happen on some of the chats. You can rechange your name just by clicking on it and retyping it in on the name bar however
