Having a very frustrating experience with these two sister casinos currently. Signed up with CasinoPop on Friday, deposited and started spinning away. Then out of the blue on Sunday I get an email saying my account has been temporarily closed because they haven't been able to verify it. At no point prior to this have they actually bothered to ask me for any documents etc, just decided to suddenly suspend my account with an active balance. I respond straight away with my documents, and it's taken until today for my account to finally be reopened. In the meantime I've lost out on daily free spins I was supposed to receive as part of my welcome bonus - have spent the last 20 minutes trying to resolve this with live chat and have now been disconnected.
Meanwhile, on Sunday evening, with my CasinoPop account suspended, I decided to get some play time elsewhere and signed up at InstaCasino. Lo and behold, a couple of days later my account is suspended again in exactly the same way, again with an active balance. Still waiting for that to be unblocked...
It's a shame really because I've had a lot of good experiences with the MT SecureTrade group but this has put me right off. I have no issue with providing documents to casinos when they ask but for them to close my accounts with no notice is really frustrating
