Now the casino answered at least. The casino is open again and they promised to pay my left winnings. Just reqlly confused what happened during that time and why nobody at the casino answered to me

to the first, as I understand it, the player reversed his WDs and lost that/played it, but not neceassrily his entire balance and that the OP still had winnings in his acct.

As to the second, maybe there's WD limits, I dunno

I'm not sure, the whole thread is confusing tbh. I was going from this where he stated the player had reversed ALL his pending withdrawals.

You had X pending withdrawals. Casino told you that it will process each of X withdrawal each Monday (500 EUR each WD). Then you reversed ALL your X of pending withdrawals and lost.

Based on the chat with the manager the casino still has to pay out 2K ( 500 euros- 4 weeks). But due to the fact that the casino shut its doors the manager is sitting on a leather chair, drinking a cold drink and having a laugh...

Hello. Still havent recieved my money, i will not play ever again here just waiting to get a chance to withdral the manager told me 3 days and the winnings of april will be on my account... this is ridicilous I have played in many many casinos and never had this vad experience. I dont understand how someone who is working for Direx can say here on the forum that all my money is paid, even the casino is saying there is still 2029 euros left to pay on my old winnings. I find this very wierd and I can not trust Direx casinos ever again. Just want to get my money withdrawled

Homer is usually very helpful and transparent but this particular thread looks like it needs some clarity providing.

Yes. Can also imagine though that based on the language barrier and the fact that there was no funds in the account at the moment, homerbert thought all funds were reversed.

PAB would be the only way to get a clear picture.

BTW, a PAB isn't a magazine, to be picked up by the player, left at the table and picked up later.
You should let it open and not post here until you get paid, or @maxd gives the final verdict.

I understand - it’s a shady/weird way of handling this. Just explaining why I could understand homerberts view.

Russian I think, they do speak english but the manager never answers to my questions. Only something like yes okay. I dont speak very good english but he understands russian better, not english

To be fair, if the casino came back to life and promised to pay him, the OP probably thought it was safe to cancel it. Still questions as to why Homerbert stated there was nothing outstanding as all the withdrawals had been cancelled yet the casino clearly stated otherwise.

Sorry but the casino had previously told him the same thing. That they would pay him. They didn't. In fact the casino even seemed to vanish. Having already been lied to I would be very wary when they come back saying the same thing as before and then surprise do nothing that they say they will. The PAB was a safer more reliable route.

I agree that I would have kept the PAB open, but understand why he didn’t.
