I have my money not payed 2000euros inside mycasinobest. Its owned by DIREX NV!!!! Be careful of direx nv casinos.
Mycasinobest has been shut down since last thursday (5days now) their not answering to anybody, i tried to contact anthillepone license plus DIREX nv and they wont answer to me anywhere. I dont know how to get my money and direx the owner is not helping/answering me plus askgamblers its already taken out of their site beacsue of so many complaints. Please help me hat can i do and how can i get my money

I think I found your complaint at Curacao to which we replied already.

Few facts:

You reversed all your pending withdrawals and lost. Can you kindly tell me how it's considered fraud? Average reversing time for recent withdrawals is 30 minutes...

Casino team not acted in a good way with you, from what I can say with your complaint in Curacao. But once again, unfortunately, you reversed your withdrawals and lost your winnings...

I can't help here, and as you can see - operator actions are under investigations.

Hello! No @homerbert Now the casino is still 2000euros left to pay me from my winnings in April. They promised to pay me out of my 5000euros 500/week in June. There is now 2000euros left to pay for me and this monday was supposed to be 500euros next monday 500 and then 2 mondays 500 BUT the casino was closed

But now there is still 2000euros left to pay and I need to help to get it out. Mycasinobest.com closed down so I dont know how will I get my winnings. Why I said about direx casinos that, was beacuse nobody is helping me and I have 2000euros inside in Direx casino that was unexpected shut down. Im in hopeless situation and I really want my 2000euros that I was promised in multiple documents with casino Manager. Now they just shut down the casino

They promised to pay me my winnings 5000euros, then they told they can only pay me every monday 500euros. The withdrawls I waited sometimes 3 days and nothing happened so I played 3000 euros of my 5000euros winnings. There was still 4 mondays left to pay me (500e per monday so 2000euros) they have paid out of my 5000euro winnings 3000 and now the casino is shut down and they are not answering emails anymore so I dont know how can I get the 2000euros whats left

Like I've said - you reversed all your pending withdrawals and lost it.

I can't help with that, it is your responsibility to not reverse withdrawals (I've must repeat - average reverse time is less than 30 minutes, and that's done by you).

@homerbert I dont know If you dont want to understand what I mean or you just dont. Here the manager said on 10.7 that my winnings 4719 was paid now 2000 euros and they paid 500/mondays so they are giving me the money _AUTOMATICALLY_ every monday. Ofcourse there is no money in mu account, but there is money the casino promised to pay me _my winnings from april. I had already almost 3000euros paid 500/mondays and played it BUT there IS 2000EUROS _that they were supposed to paynext 4 mondays

I dont know why you dont want to help or understand me at all. You are telling me I played all my winnings-no, not all as you can see 10.7 they told me winnings 4729euros and they have already payed me every monday 500/week. Its not in my account, on the last message you can see they are saying they put the money every monday automatically. So now its shut down ofcourse they will not put money on a players account if the site doesnt work-they are already in big deep financial proplems

@homerbert so yes, I think it is a fraud when you win a lot of money in a casino, the limit is 7500euros per week, they are tellin you they will pay it every monday 500euros and when there is 2000euros left to pay manually to my account, the casino closed

All the games have been gone for a week now, and they dont answer messages and on askgambler.com there is complaints about that too, and that casino is not anymore available even on askgambelrs. They told me they dont know whats happening and that the casino is not answering to them either

@homerbert so please If you have the power talk to the casino or please help me get rest of my money back. They havent paid it yet, because it was supposed to be next 4 mondays until it paid. So the money that they already paid I lost and thats my own fault, but the money they didnt ge tto pay cause casino was closed -that is something that I even couldnt have played cause I dont have the rest of the money in my account, as I said this monday wa supposed to be 500 and next 3 mondays but i never even got it to my account

It's just misunderstanding between you and casino manager. Like I've said - you reversed all your winnings and lost it. Casino can't do any automated payouts, and what agent(manager) meant - your pending WD's will be processed 500 EUR / week. You canceled those pending wd's. That's it.

Like I've said - if you not agree - please PAB. Also you have pending complaint at Curacao too.

I can't and Im not able to help here, since you lost your winnings. Please accept this or submit official complaint and I will send all proofs to Max.

Yes but I didnt canceled the future payments (2000euros) because it was supposed to be in the future staritng from this monday. I never got the money in my account first place. I got the earlier payments and played them but the future payments. Im not asking for my winnings that I lost only the ones I never even got, how can I lose money that I never got? I got part of it but there was still supposed to be 4 payments, that I never even recieved. Please dont talk about the old winnings that I played its not about that. I can send the pictures the manager told me the winning money is 4729euros and they have paid me now 2700 euros. There is still left 2029 euros that they HAVE NOT paid. I dont know why are you talking about the old winnings that i lost? The siutation is _not_ about them its the ones they promised to pay. This is a scam I think. They just dont have money/dont want to pay them. Once again how can I loose money that was supposed to be paid me in the future (this monday and the next 3 ones? Its impossible
