Can someone tell me what PAB means and how can i do it? I have all the convesations with the manager of the casino and it is really clear that there is still 2029 euros missing from my winnings that they promised to pay (this monday and next ones) but the casino was shut down (the half of the winning money (3700euros) i played and lost and thats all my fault, im not asking my 3700 euros back because that was what casino had time to pay me every monday before they shut down) im not talking about that but the 2029 euros that still left to pay me

How can I submit an official PAB? I have documents too. And i can screenshot the payments that casino did (3700) and whats left out of the ammount that the manager told me

I'm understand you and your frustration. But it seems you can't accept and understand what happened.

You had X pending withdrawals. Casino told you that it will process each of X withdrawal each Monday (500 EUR each WD). Then you reversed ALL your X of pending withdrawals and lost.

Like I've said - please submit complaint.

@homerbert Thats not correct i reversed 3700 euros that they paid me, but they still havent paid me the 2029 euros because the casino is not working. You are talking about all withdralws but thats not correct. If 10.7 on the email they told i still have 2729 euros left to pay every monday, you can count from there too. Its not possible if they pay me every monday 500 and 10.7 there was left to pay as reading on the email. On the timeline its not possible 15.7 500euros is 2729-500 2229 euros. And the next monday was 22.7 and they are already closed so they didnt pay me. You can see on the email 10.7 saying out of 4729 they paid 2000.

From what I see this issue is not going to get resolved here on the forums. As has been suggested I strongly recommend you file a complaint with us and I'll investigate. That process starts here: Submit Your Online Casino Complaint - Casinomeister

If you choose not to file that complaint fair enough, but you've said your bit here on the forums and banging on about it is not acceptable. See Forum Rules , item 1.11.

Edit: Scratch that, I see a PAB came in yesterday ... and then you continued posting here at great length! Again, read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures , item 2.3 in particular. Please check your PAB ticket for further instructions.

Also, I've changed the thread title to something neutral since the claim of "fraud" is totally unsubstantiated and inappropriate at this time.

Yeah, saw that. Underwhelming, to say the least.

Yeah, I tend to side with @homerbert most of the time because he can access the data - but the fact that mycasinobest currently is showing no games available to play, and the EXTREMELY low withdrawal per week limit - it looks like these guys are going bankrupt.

Yep!

All in all, operator saw some suspicious patterns in customer account (I will not dig into details), and decided to limit withdrawals to 500 per week. That's one of the cases which we investigate from our side, since indeed, it just not good to make such limits for customers.

I was just curious what is happening here. I played and won and then they didnt answer me for 1,5months and then they agreed to pay my winnings when they checked everything and saw that I didnt break any rules. So they told me they will pay 500/week

if, it's as it appears and you've submitted your PAB, follow homerbert's advice here and stop posting about the case - a condition you should have read when you went over the PAB process.
Otherwise, you risk it being binned

don’t sabotage your PAB:

• if your PAB is about the balance in your account, or some portion thereof, then stop playing with that account while the PAB is in progress. If you continue to play your balance then you will almost certainly invalidate your PAB and it will have to be discarded.
• don’t post about your issue on the forums: wait until the PAB process has ended before you discuss it on the forums.

Did the operator see his "reversal patterns" to limit withdraws till €500 so he can spend it slowly back to the casino instead of 1 big withdraw and run?
