Some of you may have noticed a new addition to the right column:



For now it shows the basics of PABs received over the past 30 days BUT you can click through to heaps of extra data on previous months. Very soon data for the whole year will be available.

Let us know what you think.

Find anything wrong / interesting / WTF ? Let us know that too.

PS. I'm still updating the info on PABs from earlier in the year, should have it done by end of week.

I've been asked about the total PABs for the year by two people now so yeah, that's obviously not clear from the widget.
If you follow the "Detailed Info" link from the widget you'll see that thus far it's 296 cases in 2020. Those of you that remember last year will notice that's down a fair bit from 2019 where our total was close to 500.

Suffice it to say that it's been a year of changes in the Complaints scene, not the least of which is Malta switching over to an Approved ADR system that thus far is closed to (any further) non-Maltese applicants. There's also the growing awareness of services like Resolver and the EU's ODR Platform. I'm told we've also had a bad year SEO-wise and that will have taken its toll as well.

I hope that answers some of the questions.
