Just registered, deposited, played and lost. Worked as clockwork :p

One small thing though. When I registered I tried to press on the link to T&C at the place where I was to tick the box that I understood them. Couldn't get the link to open though. Don't know if it's a browser thing or something else.

I want to try out CasinoMax so much since it has CAD currency, but if I can't even make a deposit / withdrawal since e-wallet support is missing... How are we as Canadians are suppose to try it out? I am not able to use a credit card from Canada and I am not a fan of buying a prepaid card at all!

I know there is a freechip coupon that I can use, but I won't be trying it out since I can't make a withdrawal until you guys have it...

Not sure why CM decided to get you guys started on the BBF early, but I don't think it is a good idea without e-wallet support!

2nd question: Any plans on lowering the min requirement for cashouts on certain methods? It seems like the min on yours is crazy high. I was watching a USA streamer playing on your casino and they wanted to do a cashout and since you don't have BTC support on cashouts decided to use another method and he couldn't do it since his balance was $200 and min for the method he chose was $225 :rolleyes:

So actually the max cashout is not $500 at all, which is a little misleading. Still, free money at the end of the day so I can't complain too much. However when support offer bonuses, they really should outline all the T&Cs.

The not-so-good: As Lockinlove has mentioned, the $25 withdrawal fee.

The downright ugly (and I am very annoyed at this): The email addy I am using is ONLY in use by CasinoMax, But I have just received an "offer" from Dinkum Pokies (RTG) to register and play at their casino. The ONLY way I could have received that spam email is through my registration at CasinoMax. Not happy. :mad:

We are working on setting up the ewallets however it's not an easy process. I cannot confirm the time scale but I can tell you that we are working on it and it will be live in the near future.

The min pay out will be lowered for ewallets for sure. We should have BTC pay outs active anytime soon as well. This should help customers with lower withdrawal amounts.

Unfortunately, I was unable to send you a copy of the rogue email, due to the fact that it went straight to spam, and gmail won't forward emails originally in spam. Even when I removed the email from spam, the problem still persisted, so I have sent CasinoMax support a C&P of the header, contents, etc, which I hope is acceptable.

My personal experience with CasinoMax has been good. Payouts were fast. I have always thought that Karolina we one of the best representatives out there.

but.....Accreditation terms clearly state: Also, casinos that are accepting US bets are disqualified unless they are licensed in the US. These casinos will be listed at Casinomeister.US.

i was really disappointed when this term was added because it made it hard for US players to find decent places to play.

I've made an exception here since they are more or less grandfathered in (these are the original folks from Club World Casinos). Same goes with the Jackpot Capital casinos, Intertops, etc., since they have been listed here for years and mostly without any issues from players.

I think you misunderstood me. What I meant to say was these people were the ones that were managing and operating the Club World group before the hostile takeover last winter. When those casinos were taken over, a number of the key staff left and joined in with the operator to launch CasinoMax. The only reason why the Club World group was awesome was because its personnel, its management and player philosophy was above par, and this is no longer true at the current Club World group.

There is no one working at CasinoMax that I know of that was working at a rogue casino. Those casinos were awesome when they were working there.

During this promotion, all bonuses redeemed are combined and will be deducted from related pay-outs
 
Yeah. All the bonuses are deducted from the possible withdrawal you recieve during the welcome bonus campaign. However the bonuses after this work "normally" , so they are not added up like the welcome bonuses.

That's right - the bonus is phantom (= removed on cash-out).

I personally don't like phantom bonuses - but when the casino is giving you 300%, 400% or more, it is pretty normal.
After all, you are starting with 4 x your deposit (on a 300% bonus), so you have 4 x more chances of hitting a BIG win which would let you finish the WR and cash-out a decent profit!

Personally I would rather have a 100% bonus with low WR and cashable - but different players like different things! ;)

That's correct. All bonuses are not cashable and will be removed from the pay out upon approval.

Within minuts the support responded that they had received my docs and was starting to review them. I thought that this was a standard reply and that days will pass before they actually would start looking at my docs.
However to my surprise, 5 minutes later I received a mail that one of the docs could not be accepted, so I need to send another one!!
I have never experienced such fast verification!
Today (2 working days after the cashin) the money was at my bank account!

I'm putting this one to bed. Karolina and her team have tried very hard to find what caused the leak but have been unable to do so. The second email I received was from the Dinkum Pokies manager Drew Macleod again, :rolleyes: but the originating email addy was different to the first (info@ goldencircle.ga) and I have not been able to find anything on the internet about either Mr Macleod or his numerous email addresses.

I don't want to unsubscribe as that will let them know my email is alive, so I shall just delete them as they come in.

Despite all this, I trust CasinoMax implicitly, and this will not deter me from continuing to play.

So thanks Karolina and team for all your help.
