I just tried to make a deposit of $40 USD and it kept on declining my Visa for some unknown reason.
The exact same thing happened at CWC last and they advised me to use Skrill and Skrill charged me a $30 fee to make the transaction.
It seems to me CasinoMax has the exact same payment processing structure as CWC and for some people Visa just doesn't work on it.
Same here. VISA doesnt work at all. Then i only got these tips from the chat guy:
"In the unlikely event that you have issues depositing, here is our top tips for Deposit problems.
1. Enough funds available –make sure there is enough balance on the card to cover the deposit and any additional fees incurred.
2. Try different cards / card types. If your MasterCard keeps being declined, try your Visa card instead
3. Leave 5mins between attempts. Some processors will decline a transaction if there are too many attempts too quickly
4. Try different amounts and avoid round numbers. E.g. instead of $100, try $99.97
5. Watch for popups. Some processors need to launch a new window to enter your Verified by Visa or Secure Code.
6. Keep trying. We have a number of processors and it may take a few attempts to find the one that will work for you. Alternatively contact customer support for assistance."
I have to say that those are the most weird things ive ever heard when had any payment problems ( at least those spots 2, 4 and 6). Shouldnt there be little more professional knowhow when they are dealing with customers money. Hope they can sort these problems asap.
But hey, at least i got 40d freechip for compensation. Thumbs up for that!
