Casinoluck and Nextcasino - temporary problem with games

If you want to be sure that the games you want to play works stay very clear of Casinoluck and Nextcasino!

Tried to play the Titans of the suns games at their site 3 weeks ago, and they didn't work properly. This was reported to their rep who promised a proper investigation. They tried giving me a small bonus to make me forget about their terrible service.

Seems he didn't care to check it out, and the games still don't work. I guess these guys's business style are "grab as much money as you can, don't bother about what you give back".

So if you want to play games that work I would recommend you guys to play at any other casino than these two.
 
next and luck are one the best and top notch casino around ... never had any issues with them ans play there regularly

undoubtedly the best EM casinos around ....
 
Are you sure you talking about CL/Next?

These are the only EM sites i play at because they are really good.

Had once as well problems but a simple "empty cache and cookies" sorted it.

- did you do that?
- did you try different browser
- did you try different internet connection, e.g. mobile hotspot instead of fixed broadband
- did you reboot the router?
- is your browser and flash player up to date?
- did you reboot the PC?

One of the above should help.
 
Threads like this can attract negativity for the casino which is unfounded and unfair.

I play at both regularly and apart from the smallest amount of lag once in a blue moon my sessions are smooth and enjoyable (unless I lose :p)

I think that their games run well and over 4,000 spins last night across various games, problem free!

We are truly sorry that you are having issues with these two games (Titans of the sun) but I do not think a thread like this is fair towards our brands.

I checked out your feedback regarding these games 3 weeks ago and I have looked into it again now. I have tested the two games on several systems and I have asked all my colleagues to do the same. None of us have been able to recreate the graphical issues you described and it seems many other people on the forum here can't either. It must be isolated to a very few and it could be something affecting only certain system setup combinations (computer, browser, Flash version, etc). I really do not know. I guess we have to investigate further so I have asked tech to deactivate these 2 games for now.

I have also issued you a refund of your deposit. You are free to withdraw it or play any of the other 900+ games we offer. I hope you can find another game to enjoy until we figure out the Titans games for you! Again, sorry for your troubles.

p.s. I'd really appreciate a change of thread title since I do not think your general warning to stay away from our brands is fair.

why is it casinos always reward whining bitches. opening poster should be banned not rewarded, the thread title relates to nothing worthy of it, if some games dont load play them elsewhere, but to create this thread with such a ridiculous thread title you deserver nothing imo.
 
I was a bit drunk when posting this 1. In light of seeing your answers and talking to the rep it seems this is something local. This thread can be deleted, or if a mod want to change title of thread.

This was pretty uncool, and we expect more from our Senior members and those who are members of our Webmeister user group. A little tact can go a long way, and to accuse the casino as "grabbing as much money as they can" is a bit over the top in my opinion.
 
A bit late, and nothing to add that's not already been said, but just wanted to say that i was quite serious @ the Meister Awards, when i said that CasinoLuck and Next, mainly due to Eric, have been two of the most awesome places to play in 2015. They were solid long before that, and indeed not worthy of such a thread title:)

But spoton may not have been spot on this time, he manned up and admitted drunk sailor spirit, and a clouded judgement because of it:lolup:

Anyway, these errors that seem to be bugging so many players lately, again, have been, and always will be part of Online Gaming, no doubt. In only the rarest of cases it's something that the operator did wrong. With all those content deals and cooperations being settled, and the resulting migration of Games, Gaming solutions and whatnot, i would expect some more (in Multi Platform Casino's) in the near future too.
