Casino770 on probation ... failed

Hello everyone, I am new here, let me tell you my story with Casino770. Maybe you will be able to help me with some advice what should I do..

on 9th of Jan. I registered at casino770 and made a deposit - 800EURO. I was really lucky that evening and I won around 6000 EURO while playing European Roulette. In a couple of hours I had a call from the casino, they wanted to verify some details. Next day I've been told to send my documents for verification purposes. (My account was temporary closed) On 12th of Jan. I sent everything and very soon I received an email that my documents were successfully verified and I've been awarded extra 100EURO bonus. MY account was reopened and I was able to continue to use my account. On that day was even more lucky and after some time of gambling I had already 78 000EURO on my balance. The same evening I tried to withdraw 9 000 euro from my balance. The next cashout I tried to make on 15th of Jan. - the same amount 9 000 euro and after that another cashout.. Eventually, at the moment I await to receive from casino770 - 38 500 EURO. But what a surprise.. on the 21st of Jan.the casino sent me another email asking for my documents for verification once again - exactly the same email that i received from them from the very beginning. SO I sent them my documents (that have been already verified) once again with a question was it a mistake or what, but still have no answer. Since this time, everyday I'm sending an email to casino770 with the question when I will be able to receive my money and receive the same reply 'withdrawal is in process'. The requested my 1st withdrawal 15 days ago and still have nothing. So I decided to share with you my problem, what do you advice me to do? Maybe you have some suggestions and the issue will be resolved soon. I really hope that eventually after I will receive my winnings. I also add to my conversation with the casino.

p.s. The same message I sent to the representative of Casino770 but still have no answer.

This is exactly the kind of thing that put this casino in the pit in the first place. I think you should do a PAB right away.

Good casino? They are on the verge of passing probation. I am a bit sceptical but oh well.... My issue with them was over 4 years ago when the owner was a Frenchman. Was it Partouche?

Anyway, I really hope they mend their ways and players have another non-rogue casino to play at.
 
i have similar situation ,i had couple of payouts 3 days max waiting but then on 25 january i requested around 1500gbp and another one 1450gbp on 30 january and still not received money,first they said that payment needs to be validated and than after said that they need to analyze my payment,my account is verified long time ago sent ids and had two phonecalls.can somebody help?
 
One month now still nothing ,last email was yesterday and they reply:

I don't know whether I should start the PAB thread again or.. I received exactly same message as previous poster from Casino770, my account holds ~4000 euro and it was fully verified almost two weeks ago (I received phone calls, sent in all the requested documents) and was assured to get my payout within 72 working hours. 10 days have passed since that time and I'm being ignored by CS all the time.
Last email I received was:

In reply to your message we inform you that your withdrawal request is currently being processed by our Financial Department and you will receive an e-mail of confirmation as soon as it is validated.

Please note that you will receive your winnings on your Moneybookers account within 24 up to 48 hours
...

over 220 hours "after validation" and still no note from them.

Too many issues with them, should I start a PAB thread already?

i have won nearly £200 and been told i have to wait a few days to be validated by payment agent then should get paid 8-10 working days after this. time for a new casino i think,thats a ludicrous amount of time,apparently because i paid in with a mastercard.

@nenad: I see you have a PAB in progress regarding Casino770. Please re-read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ (here): posting like this while your PAB is in progress undermines my efforts and puts your PAB at risk of being discarded.

As I recall those PABs floundered and never really went anywhere. I'll re-forward those with details to the rep today.
I have joined casino 770 I put £50 on the site and with the bonuses I managed to build it up to £600 but when I try to withdraw I put in my details and press confirm and the screen goes blank after contacting them they have said they are having technical difficulties with the withdrawal form , after seeing the reviews I'm very worried can anyone help put my mind at rest?

Too early to say really.
It certainly looks like they might be a bit "dodgy", but you need to give them a little bit more time before ringing the alarm bells IMO.

Please come back & let us know how it pans out. If you do need help later, there is no better place than CasinoMeister!

I also play on casino770 and have no worries, I have won several times and always been paid. I think that the staff is very professional and trustworthy. Love their games!


My money has been paid! The communication has been good but the reasons at times difficult to believe. I am willing to try once more with this company and hopefully see how their withdrawals process goes now I am on their books. Thank you casino770 for a satisfactory completion and thank you to this site for being a place to vent ones spleen, share and compare ones experiences and open up the communication channels.
