I gave Solera a go as it's a sister site to Tropezia Palace.

Took the SUB - but honestly, it was about as much fun as going to the dentist. Not just slow - but totally hopeless. In the end I gave up. Where's the fun in watching reals endless spinning with no result.

Don't bother going there until they sort it out. Total waste of my deposit which I could have enjoyed elsewhere.

Yes I gave them a shot for their Rival slots. I put the game on auto-spin which I don't usually do because when I deposit to play I like to actually play.

I don't think the Tropezia lot are doing much with Solera at all. It's just been neglected, to be honest. They haven't updated the site in, well, nine months or more.

They really should not be taking deposits - it's just not fit to play. A bit annoyed with myself for not stopping after a couple of (very long) spins and asking for a refund. As it is I left a small balance there as I just had enough.

Be interested to see what luckysox has to say about this. It gives Tropezia Palace a bad name by association - originally it was put forward in the Baptism of fire - before it was withdrawn.

Ohhh so thats the reason it was withdrawn. Well I can certainly see why that would be the case.

Well, unfortunately there is not a big banner on the site which says "Site not updated for nine months". That's why.

We will most likely put Solera registrations and deposits on hold for now until it gets updated to a new system platform. Will have your account looked into. Did you contact support at all?

Hi - yes I contacted support - told them my frustrations with the site and asked them to close my a/c.

I did receive a reply saying they had closed my a/c, but without any response to the concerns I raised.

If you are now suspending deposits, it's a shame you didn't take that decision before I wasted £150 watching reels spin endlessly. (£150 to get the max SUB). The site really is unplayable.

I also experienced the same issue as outlined above. I didn't contact support as I wanted out of there as fast as I possibly could. However I do have screen shots of the disconnection errors saved.

I agree I don't understand the reason this casino's taking deposits when there are such severe issues with lagging and disconnection? I auto-played my deposit on some Rival games on turbo-speed of course (the reels wouldn't move otherwise) because I was getting a head-ache. I must have tried about thirteen different games.

Well I certainly wont say no But IMO Solera does need some renovating. You have all the tools to make it a success including a good variety of games. The only thing thats standing in the way are the server issues. I'll send you a PM with my user name and a copy of the error code/screen so you can work out whats going on.

Solera does not accept new players, please do not sign up. We have to move it to the new platform.
