There have been complaints posted about long waits to get bonuses.

Comments about the casino seem to be good.

Management's post acknowledged a problem exists during start-up throes, made a suggestion, and appears to be working on solutions.

That is good enough for me, so, yesterday I deposited @ 7:40:18 GMT, e-mailed the help desk as suggested, and received the bonus in 10 minutes.

Hope this is helpful to others.
I also received a bonus in about 15 minutes after emailing it late last night.

I busted it all, but I don't think I can blame support for that.
