Hi All,

Haven't played much at all on CR... the odd deposit here and there. I have a few accounts with the group seeing they are so big.

In any event, I logged into my Casino Rewards account where you are able to see ALL your accounts and bonus points available. I saw a banner called 'Rewards Riches' and decided to click it seeing its a part of the CR loyalty program. I noticed that I was allocated a few free tickets (you can buy tickets with your comp points) so I decided to enter them into a draw. The lottery draws pay in Complimentary Cash (subject to normal WR) and the top prizes range from $ 100 000 to $1 000 000.

Yesterday I received an email from CR saying one of my tickets won. I didn't pay much attention and expected it to be one of those $10 bonuses ...

Well it wasn't...

Saw the results on my Rewards Riches account and it was a cool $1000 bonus. Thought it was too good to be true, so I redeemed it to one of my accounts and it sat there... $1000 Bonus Balance. I asked support if there were any catches... there were none whatsoever.

In any event - its the BIGGEST NO deposit Bonus with No restrictions I have ever received. As far as I am aware If the WR is met, its fully cashable.

Lol it is... It cost me nothing Free Tickets... If you have a CR account, I suggest you follow the link and enter your tickets into the draw. I have another 5 drawing in a few hours. All I do is WIN WIN WIN...

The probability of a hit like this is probably VERY Slim. I'm not complaining... But its OUCH - If I had received 1 more number... then it woulda been $150 000.

hi nate. i won the $1000 also about 1 year ago and from what info i received from support is that it is real cash and you can cash out anything above $1000 that you want, but the $1000 remains in the bonus section and is taken back by microgaming. so this means, if you get to $1500, you can cash out the $500 and give back the $1000 bonus rewards.

this is what i understood from how they explained it. can you please ask them if this is how it works? i just dont want to be the guy that gave you bad advice.

i never did cash out anything from my $1000 because i never got above the ticket amount. i hope you win a big one! good luck.

Yep its 30x.... I'm not actually bothered if I win or lose. Thing is, its free money and I get some play time ..

The problem is that once Casino Rewards bonus bans you, like in my case where I currently have €600 worth of bonus funds sitting in my account that I am unable to redeem, then this would also apply to lottery wins, making you unable to redeem them even if you won 150K. And according to CS the bonus ban is initiated when the total amount of bonus money redeemed is close enough to your total deposits. In other words if you redeem a $1000 free bonus, you could get bonus banned unless your deposits are at a higher level than that.

If those bonuses and comps were already earned they should be redeemable. If they want to stop crediting bonuses and stop future redemptions it is fair enough, but it is retrospective restriction of access to funds you were entitled to at the time.

It's rogue IMO.....and the sad part is that certain members who constantly claim to be crusaders for players rights etc are happy to play there still. It's how all of these kind of operators stay in business...money is more important than integrity to some people these days and to affiliates in particular. Off soapbox now lol.

As about the CR bonus issue, I can tell you I had a similar experience a couple of years ago, I was able to win a decent sun from the lottery tickets bonus, but after that I was bonus banned from ALL the CR casinos and I could not even reedem the VIP points...
Anyway I don't think they can do anything retrospectively, what you win from this bonus should be 100% cashable.

CR gives 15%-30% bonus on every deposit, even without promotion. Just contact support.

Once I got a 200 bonus just for a big win at the slots!

I am actually a winner at CR. And they give this to everybody. Of course the more you lose the more you get. And I don't like the bonus. I don't consider a bonus anything less than 100%.

Actually you're wrong...they don't give this to everybody. Just do a search in the forums and you'll find out what many people get (or don't get in this case).

If you don't take bonuses, it probably explains why your experience is different.

I don't understand. I have complains but nothing like that.

Unless you are referring to the rule about not being able to redeem many loyalty points unless you make some deposits, or take the free spin bonus in another casino unless you deposit.

I have tried the free ride, years ago. You know, take the first bonus at every casino on the group. Then I started to lose. Up to 25.000 in 5 years. Then I won big. Then I lost another 25.000 in a month! So I think I got to know them well.

But the last 1,5 years I deposited only 300 euro, so maybe bad things happened lately that I don't know.
