Time to bring up one of my bugbears about online casinos again!

Im calling on all casino operators to dramatically reduce your minimum chip size on Roulette.
I havent got exact facts & figures, but Im pretty sure most MGs & Crypto's for example have Blackjack and other card games from as little as $1 or $2 per hand. And yet they all seem to have $1 minimum chips on Roulette! This is just crazy. When people play Roulette they dont just put one or two chips on the table they place multiple bets. My own preferred patterns require an absolute minimum of 9 chips but as a low-roller there is no way I am going to start playing at $9 a spin!
Im sure there are many thousands of players who share this same view.

If I ran an online casino I would want 10c or maybe even 5c chips to get as many people as possible to play what is undoubtedly one of the most famous & popular casino games there is!
With a very nice house edge of at least 2.7% Id be rolling in dosh in no time. ;)

So I urge casino all operators to make this change this is 100% certain to increase your profit from Roulette.
Those that do, please PM me, and Ill tell you where to send the 25% of increased profit you make as my commission for suggesting this brilliant idea!
(25% might sound steep, but dont worry youd get it all back again via the roulette wheel! :D )

PS: For those others sharing my boat Virgin Games offer Roulette with 10p chips! :thumbsup:

KK,

Global player does 10C bets. They also have the fastest software because you can assign hotkeys. They also have the highest max bets.

we at Global-Player offer a table limit as low as 5 Cent on Single Zero Roulette and 10 Cent for American, French and Single Zero Roulette. Further information about our Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) .

French Roulette is played with the la partage rule that means that if you bet on any of Red/Black, Even/Odd and Low (1-18)/High (19-36) and the Zero comes up you lose only half your bet.

Brilliant! :thumbsup:
I bet you get proportionally more roulette income than those other short-sighted operators!
I could well be signing up with you soon! :cool:

I would like to hear about Playtechs... A casino which is not famous here but
a good casino powered by this software is currently offering from 10C bets on
Roulette and I presume it will not be so difficult to find such casinos that accomodate this kind of mini betting roulette. If somebody knows about other Playtechs, I am really grateful to hear your information.

Well I took a look at Global - and found the most confusing bonus terms I have EVER seen! (And I've read 100's of casinos T&C's!).

Similar to non-negotiable chips in land-based casinos, the bonus cannot be withdrawn; it can only be used to play games. All your winnings, including those from bonus bets, can be directly cashed out from the WebCashier. However, with special bonuses or the Welcome Bonus only, players will NOT be able to cash out if there is any remnant of the bonus left on their account, unless they are prepared to forfeit the remaining bonus.

Regular Bonus
All Games 50.0 %
Welcome Bonus
French Roulette &
Single Zero Roulette 2.5 %
American Roulette 5.0 %
Blackjack 2.0 %
Slot Machines 5.0 %
Video Poker 2.0 %
As long as you have bonus, a part of your bet is made up from your bonus money and the rest from your real money. The size of the bonus part depends on the type of bonus you have. If you've got regular bonus, e.g. from our Comp Program, half of your bets will be made from your Bonus. The Welcome Bonus only, is used in smaller proportions so that it lasts longer. The exact percentage depends on the type of game as shown in the table on the right.

In all games where you place multiple bets per round, the bonus calculation is done per round, not per bet. For example in roulette you can place several chips on the table and there is no graphical distinction between bonus and real money chips. Your stake is taken as a whole and your winnings are paid out first with any losing chips that are on the table. So, when your win is equal to your bet, i.e. after betting $10 on Red and $10 on Black, your win will be paid out with your losing chip and you will end up with the same bonus amount as before. If you bet both bonus and real money during one round and you lose part of it, your payout is first taken from the bonus chips you bet and then from the cash you bet. When your win is larger than your bet, you first get back your bet and the excess is paid in real money.

Can someone please explain this in plain English for me? :confused:
Does this somehow convert into wager X times your deposit, then you can withdraw everything, including the bonus?
If so, what is 'X'?
Help! :what:

My Excel sheet states that it's 25x the bonus for a wagering requirement (or X) if you're playing blackjack (that 2% listed), but it may be outdated.

Deposit $30, get $30 bonus. Bet $10 (for example), 20 cents of that bet comes from the bonus. Therefore, you'd have to bet $50 to have bet $1 of the bonus or $1500 to bet $30 (or the whole bonus). $1500 divided by $30 bonus = 50X the bonus actually, so I guess I need to update that Excel file.

Mind you, the above was all based on 2% for blackjack, and we all know how much you love blackjack, KK. ;)

:) I will try: Global-Player does not have wagering requirements. The bonus awarded by Global Player Casino is similar to non-negotiable chips that you can obtain in land-based casinos. You cannot change these chips into cash, however, you can play with them just as with normal chips and all winnings can be cashed out in the normal manner.

If you log into the Webcashier you may see at the top Your current Cash and your Bonus Balance. Your cash balance is withdrawable anytime.

You'll try???
Blimey, it's your casino - if you don't know what chance do the rest of us have?? :D
I don't know nuffin about "non-negotiable chips that you can obtain in land-based casinos", having never been fortunate enough to have been given any (not even in Vegas :( )
macgyver's answer (if correct) means;

Single Zero Roulette 2.5 % = x40 WR
American Roulette . 5.0 % = x20 WR
Blackjack . . . . . . . . 2.0 % = x50 WR
Slot Machines . . . . 5.0 % = x20 WR
Video Poker . . . . . . 2.0 % = x50 WR

That makes much more sense - and seems fair enough! :thumbsup:

let me make it easier.

for example, player have cash $10, bonus $10 (total $20 chips).
and he plays American Roulette.

1. bet on red $10 and ball coming out red ;
player wins $10 => cash $20, bonus $10 (total $30 chips).

2. bet on black $10 and ball coming out red;
player loses $10 => cash $10.5, bonus $9.5 (total $20 chips).

3. bet on even $10 and ball coming out even;
player wins $10 => cash $20.5, bonus $9.5 (total $30 chips).

4. bet on odd $10 and ball coming out even;
player loses $10 => cash $11, bonus $9 (total $20 chips).

player can cashout cash balance at any time.
but remained bonus will be forfeited.
player can't cashout bonus balance forever.

now you understand what American Roulette 5.0 % means ?

There are no wagering requirements. If you played thru 50X on BJ but didn't have enough losing bets, the remaining bonus would still be removed. If I am thinking of this correctly (and there is a good chance I am not) your bonus would only be eliminated from your account when you had 50 losing hands at level betting, no matter how many winning hands you had. If you keep winning, you will always have to pay back the bonus no matter how much you gamble.
Maybe the above figures would represent an "mean effective WR" meaning that on average, a person would have lost the entire bonus after X level of playthrough (though somehow I think it would be higher (double?) than the numbers above).
One thing I do know: it IS confusing :what:

It looks to be a "lose only" bonus which can never be withdrawn. It gives you more betting power during play but you either lose the bonus betting or you lose the bonus when you withdraw your money. It never really has any cash value other than giving you additional dollars to wager with.

What is so complicated? They give you a fifty dollar bonus.. you cannot cashout fifty or less. Anything you make above fifty is yours. If you end up with a thousand dollars after playing.. you can cash in $950.00. Simplest and best bonus method I've ever heard of. You use their money for leverage, but you have to give it back.

they don't always take the whole bonus

If you lose the bonus during play (remember the bonus is not the last money bet: it is a portion of each bet) you can cash out the full amount. The trick, for black jack at least, I think, is to have at least as many losing bets as 50X the bonus, no matter how many winning hands you have. I could be confused, but I am pretty convinced that it is NOT simply and always the case that they remove the entire bonus upon cashout.

if you did not sign up this casino,
then catch their casino meister signup bonus.

make $30 deposit and get $50 bonus.
go all in one hand or one spin with $80.

if you lose, you just lose $30 (your deposit).
if you win, you win $80 and cashout $110.

Is not good ?

That's probably the best idea yet!

To be honest, I'm still not 100% clear on how this bonus works, but on the other hand, it is so small anyway, that I really don't give a toss!
If I sign up, it would only be to play roulette - chances are I will either make loads of profit, or blow the lot! :D
