Cassteal, if I had an Internet Casino owing me three quarters of a million dollars, I think I'd seriously consider filling out a Pitch a Bitch form in addition to taking a serious look at some heavy weight legal counsel.

As for the legal counsel I've got the guy that can get the job done as he got the job done for me but for no where near three quarters of a million dollars. If you've got the factual data my guy can get the job done. Have a good one.

Cipher

Cipher,
Sure could use more legal counsel. Please give me the name and phone # of this lawyer! If you would.I need all the help I can get. So others don't ever have this happen to them.Because this is truly a big nightmare for me.
Brian

Cassteal, there are some very well intentioned people who not only want to help but can and will help. But as Spearmaster has said you're going to need to provide some facts incident to this Casino on Net situation.

For example, what game were you playing and over what period of time?

Is this the first time that you had played at Casino on Net or had you played there for a while before this situation developed?

Lastly, the attorney that I made reference to earlier would not even think of talking with you or anyone else without first reviewing any and all material that is reasonably avialable first.

Have a good one.

Cipher

WOW! That is one serious win! What the heck were you playing and what did you hit??

I'm sure there's more than a few attourneys that would be more than happy to take this one for a % of the recovery. I would probably want one that is experienced with this type of situation though, so definately provide Cipher with whatever he requests and do keep us posted on what happens as well. And keep a record of everything you do and have done with regards to this already! In fact, while its fresh in your mind, you should go and write/type out everything that occurred from the time you started playing that day until now, get it on paper and have it dated & notarized. Get copies of any game logs & screenshots that you possibly can in relation to the game & win too.

BTW, what software are they using now anyway??

Well, Cipher, JPM, Spearmaster and the rest...

...don't waste your breath (or nimble typing fingers) with this fraudster.

Here we go again. :flamemad:

Cassteal, I don't know you. And this being your first post, I was a little skeptical, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Apparently what you may fail to realize is that I know people inthis industry, some for several years, and I know whom to trust and whom not to.

Unfortunately for you, I know nothing about you except for what you posted and what you sent me. Weighing this against what Vahe Baloulian gave me just pisses me off.

He has given me this to share:

[color=0000ff]Here is the story with the player. He opened an account with Casino-on-Net on February, 2003.

On the 15th of March, 2003 during a regular security check we detected discrepancies in his account. Investigation proved that due to a
malfunction, which we have a reason to believe was deliberately caused by the player, his bankroll showed a bigger amount than it should have. The player was informed of this discrepancy. We also informed him that his
account will be closed while this matter is being investigated. Five days later he contacted us threatening with a lawsuit and demanding the amount that he saw in his bankroll to be paid. The player was then contacted by our Fraud Department manager and an agreement was reached. The Player agreed to receive a settlement; he signed a disclaimer and provided us with
a copy of his ID. We sent the funds to a bank account specified by him and considered the matter settled and resolved.

Later, on the 28th of May, we received a new complaint from the player through the Directorate of Offshore Gaming where he made the same claim. We complied with the Directorate's request and provided them with all the information about this case. After review, the Directorate found that there was no merit to the claim. In August, the player contacted our new regulators in Gibraltar. Again, Gibraltar's decision was the same as
Antigua's. At this time, the player denied that he ever reached an agreement, accepted the settlement, and signed documents agreeing that the
sum we paid "shall be in full and final settlement of all and any claims and
causes of action of whatever kind against Cassava..."
This matter has now been passed to our lawyers since the player repeatedly threatened to take a legal action against us.

To address the points raised in his posting:

1. We typically have no problem sharing the game history with the player, as it is a standard feature of our software. However, in some cases when the account is closed because of suspected fraud, we, like any land-based casino, may decide to release the game history only to our regulators, if they request it. It is up to the regulators to share this information with
the player.

2. When we are threatened with a legal action, the case goes to our legal advisors. If the legal action is taken, which has never been a case although we served over 8 million players during the last 7 years, the ex-member's lawyers contact us and we put them in touch with our lawyers.

The player is well aware that he has no case. I realise that he is also aware that he has nothing to lose by complaining - may be we'll pay some
more. We will not. I think that we were overly kind in the first place. I just want to assure him that this is an absolute waste of his and our time.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Best regards,
Vahe

He also went on with an analogy:
Basically, if we compare this to a soccer game, if the score board shows 3-1, but there were no goals during the game, the score board results don't really matter, specially if they malfunctioned "thanks" to the "winning"
team.

So cassteal, feel like you just walked into a lion's den? Guess what, you just did.

I don't appreciate you coming in here and jerking people's chains. The members here deserve more respect than that. But then again, it was your first post.

And people wonder why I'm so skeptical sometimes.

I hate these scumbag scammers! :mg:

Nice fast job sorting this one out Bryan! :notworthy:

Thats a bunch of bull!! I never even talk to this person. and if there was a malfunction with the bankroll why doesn't Ronald Maginley The Antigua Directorate of Offshore Gaming know that all he knows is that the gaming software generated a false result, crediting my account with an incorrect win. 49000.00 instead of paying me 1500.00 a thousand times over! Your company does not know how much trouble you in! fasle documents?forgey?I have nothing to lose? Think again, buddy I never seen any document sign and notarized!no legal dept. ever contacted,no one except Ori D. who said I would be compensated 1500.00 for my INCONVENIENCE!!How many people do you know will pay someone for saying they committed fraud!#2 Look at the amount!#3 If these people settled with me why Am I going Though all this trouble contacting the offshore gaming? And getting Lawyers etc..Now if they would come up with a Honest settlement amount maybe I would Backoff But They Know and I know That they are Being very Dishonest about this. Even if he is your friend!Contact Ronald Maginley Ask Him? (268)481-3300/3310 Ask him if this sounds about right!I bet he tells you This story That Vahe tells isn't the same they told him! Ask casino on net Why Did they moved? In trouble? That why!!Lower Taxes too.
Brian

And you Really think a Casino that has 8 million players and that any joe could deliberately cause his or her bankroll to show a bigger amount than it should have? That tells me alot about this casino and more info for my lawyers.Casinomeister maybe you should learn the facts first before you shoot someone down!Seems like your not really that concern about people's problems with casino's I guess its you site and you can say whatever you like Knowing that your friend is a Big Fat Isreal liar!!and I will Proof it to you and everyone when casino on net is charged with fraud!Ask my lawyers.

Thanks Brian

Sounds like you are now saying that you know it was a false win? In that case, do you still think they should pay it?

Is there any wonder why Cassteal?

One more racist remark like that and you'll find your ass banned from here for life. Vahe is not Israeli, in fact oddly enough during the cold war we both served in opposing armies and trained to fight against each other.

Casino-on-net's statement implies that cassteal was able to manipulate his balance:

Now take for instance a landbased casino; you walk in sit yourself down, and win $750,000 at a slot machine. During the payout, the slot attendant realizes the slot machine malfunctioned thus all wins are voided. What do you think the casino would do? What do you think they would do if it turned out this player manipulated the slots with some computer application, etc.? What do you think they would do then?

My question for cassteal is have you ever had this unfortunate experience before? That would be a bummer (and quite a coincidence) if this has happened more than once. I wonder if any of the casino operators reading this can relate to this experience.

How can a persom manipulate a game being played on the internet?

I'd really like to know, for I'm at loss as to how.

And again, someone posts, then a reply from the casino, and BAM, scumag player time. Jesus Christ!!

Let's wait and see how it turns out a little farther down the road.

Well, one thing I have to say, don't throw stones if you live in a glass house. Get this:

Cassteal has another website called SlotcityUSA.com which is a Gambling Federation site. Now take a look here on his "Fair Gaming" page Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) and you'll notice references to Microgaming: "Slot City USA is fully committed to offering their players a completely balanced and fair gaming experience, which Microgaming achieves through use of independently reviewed Random Number Generators. The results if these reviews on the games offered at Slot City USA, performed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, are published blah blah blah..."

His "about us" page has Microgaming text as well.

This is intentional theft of another's property Mr. Quigley. I've copied you on to an email I just shot off to Gambling Federation, and I'm scheduled to be talking to one of Microgaming's copyright laywers shortly (on an unrelated issue) and I'll probably mention your site.

You don't come here and spout a bunch of crap. You should have known better. "Cassteal", who is stealing from whom?

In case anybody is wondering how I found out "Cassteal" was the operator of slotcityUSA.com, he registered with the email address support@slotcityUSA.com which I thought was kind of odd. From there it was a cakewalk.

Hi Bryan...glad you are back, safe and sound. I am not a casino operator, as you all know, but I have been in land based casinos where really big JP's were hit (over 100K - 5 mil mega bucks). Prior to paying you, the casino literally opens the slot machine and verifies alot of its components to make sure that the win was a "real" win, not a win generated by the player using some sort of computer manipulator etc. (Boy, I hope that made sense...lol) Also, one time I was playing BJ, and on the table next to my chips I had my sports updater (A small black thing that looks like a large pager, but gives you sports scores). Well, apparently the "eye in the sky" was not sure what I had on the table and I was approached and asked to remove it. My point is yes, land based casinos check everything before paying a large win. Even in carribean stud, they count and check every single card looking for markings on the cards, etc.

Bryan, next time you do screenshots, press and hold the Alt Gr button before pressing Print Screen.

Then nobody will be able to see any of the icons on your desktop.... I just wonder what the eXTRe... site is :)

Now that's what I call a fire storm of activity. Who knows Bryan, you may have to leave for another three weeks. Great job. Have a good one.

Cipher

What info am I "trowing" out there. I trow nuttin'. Your full name is for all to see in your user profile which is open to the public. You put it there, not me. Any casino manager can check this out, then check their records and put a red flag next to your name. I simply checked whois.

So how do you figure I work for the casinos? :wtf: I thought you were doing that.
