Casino-On-Net Experience - Beginner's Luck?

Just thought I'd share my first-time experience with Casino-On-Net, aka CON.

Maxed out on their 100% match welcome bonus, encouraged by their $200 bonus, blackjack includability, and easy WR (10X bonus?!?!?). Somewhat put-off by their relatively primitive graphics, especially since I was used to MG and Crypto, so I decided to simply do some bonus-hunting.

Unlike Crypto, which DOES at times seem to have a "switch", I began to win rather regularly, especially when playing two-handed. But I was still wary of Crypto-like tendencies, so I wasn't eager to press my bet. Within a matter of minutes, increased my stake considerably. Met my WR within minutes, then cashed out.

Then committed the ultimate sin - I reversed the cash-out the next day. Played again, won again. Cashed out again.

The above cycle occurred twice more. Cashed out, only to reverse it. Then won again. This last cash out will be my last.

The most significant difference between CON and Crypto is the absence of the perceived "takedown" mode on the former. Although I wish the payout times were shorter, CON certainly seems to offer a terrific game.

Any thoughts or comments?

I wish I had your problem, LOL! What games were you playing to win so much?

Blackjack... two hands.

Every time the dealer might look as if it would go on a run, I would switch tables. The key - as usual - is money management.

Really like this casino.

I have not played there for a long time.

Their VP paytables are bad.

Perceived by who? You seem to be claiming some generally-accepted fact here - which I seem to have missed somewhere.

If you deal from a real deck you'll also encounter take-down mode "at times". You think the only fair game is one in which you never experience losing sessions?

You're an optimist.

Of all the "reputable" companies, CON has the worst game package. For reasons best known to themselves they downgraded their unique blackjack game to standard online rubbish a few years ago, and their hands-on manager disappeared from the forums around the same time. There is nothing about CON these days that sets them apart from any of the others - apart from their advertising budget which must suck in the lemmings like no other.

Yeah - you're darned lucky!

Every time I play Blackjack there I get a right caning.
I stupidly did a little bit recently, and I reckon the dealer pulled BJ or 21 from crap, against my 18, 19 & 20's about 20 times in 60 hands. Unreal! (Or just unlucky?) :p

Mea culpa - although I've read some posts here that indicate a general sentiment of a perceived switch. True, these are likely just variance swings, but when a dealer starts hitting six cards to a 21 to beat your two hands of 20, then draws blackjacks for the next two hands, one wonders at the amount of bad luck.

Nothing about CON that sets them apart? True, their graphics are sub-par and their payout time is horrendous - which I've noted earlier - but their welcome bonus is certainly...welcoming, with no restrictions and a rather minimal WR (10X).

I'm not praising them to the heavens, but I was just curious as to the experiences of others.

CON's bonus is its only redeeming quality.

The payouts (5-7 days) are disgustingly slow, and their game selection is awful.

Their games don't appear to be rigged however. But I haven't found Crypto's to be rigged either. Maybe you aren't using the right pattern mapper?

CoN is just about the best online casino out there these days, as far as decent software and great bonuses. Make sure you take advantage of their recurring monthly promotions like Happy Hours, 888 Day, and Simple Winnings. You can find the calendar for all of coNs monthly promotions on their Player's Club page on the website. True, faster cashouts would be nice, but you can't win them all, and waiting 5-7 days isn't that horrendous in the grand scheme of things.

There's nothing rigged with Crypto, no takedown mode, etc. You'll save yourself a lot of paranoia and tin-foil-for-hat-making-so-they-can't-read-your-brain-waves expense if you just accept the fact that nearly every major casino software provider (Crypto, Boss, Playtech, Microgaming) make a ton of money by offering fair, legitimate software. The last thing any profitable software provider/online casino would want to do is jeopardize that by trying to scam you out of $100.

That's not to say that there's not rigged software/casinos out there, as there are. Just not some of the reputable ones that get fingers pointed at them far too often.

Some people feel better when they can attribute their gaming losses to rigged deals, and their wins to expert "money management". More power to them.

But if you have a good pattern mapper, this is all moot.
