Casino installers

Does anyone have installers for old (pre-Viper) Microgaming casinos? I like the single deck BJ and it is much faster to play in the download casino than in the flash version. Casinos that I am particularly interested in are Ruby Fortune, Vegas Towers and Havana Club.

Vegas Towers downloaded 21.07.04
Ruby Fortune downloaded 30.09.04

Also worth trying is archive.org they have cached versions of old websites

Unfortunately this does not work, as the installers themselves are not archived, and the the download links point to the new installers.
