Casino Extreme Refuses to pay

I got the 30 free spins, and went through all the wagering requirements, they tell me to send in the verification documents which I do. They approve it a few hours later and say I can request my withdrawal now. I check back an hour later and the money is back to the account. I ask support and they say you still have $308 left to wager. So I did what they asked, played for 4 hours just to be sure. Go back and ask if I met all the requirements he says I need to wager 370 more, not knowing they already tried this with me hours ago. After losing it on him he says fine request the withdrawal. It comes back declined because I played games that were excluded. I 100% did not. Played two different slots. They’re claiming I played poker. I have everything screenshot browser history. Anything I can do here. It’s not even about the money, it’s about these people are scammers.

I see their rep here on the forums, @Casino Extreme , has been around recently so your best bet would be to send them a Private Message about this and see if that gets things sorted out. If not there is always our Player Arbitration service which is free to all forum members.

I really hate that in order to cash out your earning you got to pay a fee of 70$ just to withdraw after I had already deposited 50$ then I hit and couldn't cash out. Cuz by this time I feel like I'm being scamed so I refused to pay the fee which in all reality I don't have to. Now they owe me 700$ dollars that is being held by them when they can just easily direct deposit it into my bank account.

I guess us citizens might have it different but it doesn't really sound like extreme since their options are usually fee free. If it isn't extreme I wonder why it was posted in this thread.

If it is extreme, I wonder why there are fees.

If the only withdrawal option does have fees then you'll need to suck up and pay them. If you refuse then that balance will never leave the account as you'll never withdraw.

GoldenEuro had fees on each withdrawal and annoyingly has lower limits for interac withdrawals so you had to pay 30-60 for every 2500 or something along those lines. Annoying but the only option.

We’ve seen good evidence that the US operation is totally unrelated and is using the casino name to cheat players. I have 50 in my account and they are refusing to process my identification documents. Just uploaded my international drivers license and it’s been over two weeks. 50 is the minimum cash out amount and 50 is the maximum cash out amount though I have that amount exactly just sitting in my account. I Completed the rollover requirements and have uploaded my documents multiple times though they just ignore and ignore. This is a trend I am noticing with these casino sites that contract with this slot company. This same thing happened with “luckylegends.com” & “mydreamscasino.com” though I had 450 in my account and they refused to process my withdrawal, up until I dumped that 450 from tilt on luckylegends.com, and when I finally uploaded the necessary documents under “mydreamscasino.com’s terms” they just deleted my account and I forfeited 70 to them. The sites connected to enclave.com all banned me though denying any connection to each other and both those sites I just mentioned required identification which appeared quite arbitrary, AND the $10 litecoin deposit which was successfully sent to both sites. Casinoextreme.eu uses the same slot company and the only reason I would consider the individual company separate from the slot company is the fact that nitrobetting.eu uses the same slot company and I’ve been playing their for over 5 years and have never had issues this severe. It’s not ok what these companies are doing and it’s strange that they can get away with literally extracting private documentation & then forcing players to forfeit funds to them, regardless if the funds were derived from a bonus or not.
