Casino Extreme Refuses to pay

I got the 30 free spins, and went through all the wagering requirements, they tell me to send in the verification documents which I do. They approve it a few hours later and say I can request my withdrawal now. I check back an hour later and the money is back to the account. I ask support and they say you still have $308 left to wager. So I did what they asked, played for 4 hours just to be sure. Go back and ask if I met all the requirements he says I need to wager 370 more, not knowing they already tried this with me hours ago. After losing it on him he says fine request the withdrawal. It comes back declined because I played games that were excluded. I 100% did not. Played two different slots. They’re claiming I played poker. I have everything screenshot browser history. Anything I can do here. It’s not even about the money, it’s about these people are scammers.

I see their rep here on the forums, @Casino Extreme , has been around recently so your best bet would be to send them a Private Message about this and see if that gets things sorted out. If not there is always our Player Arbitration service which is free to all forum members.
