Casino Extreme Help?

Hi everyone.. I really need someone's help with Casino Extreme.. I have been trying to reach the manager, but have not had much luck. Before all this stuff happened with Neteller i deposited $30.00 bonus free.. I always deposited that way, but i'm having a heck of a time getting my $200.00 withdrawal i know it's not much but.. The only option i have left to make the withdrawal is the Overnight Express option.. I keep asking support but they say it has to be approved from the Manager first? It's been sitting in the bank for the overnight check since Jan 22nd, and i still have not heard anything only from Henry via email, and he said it can take up to 2 weeks to recieve the withdrawal.. Thats fine with me but how do i get approved for that method of withdrawal? I just can't seem to get anywhere? Please don't get me wrong i really love this casino and i always played there, i just wish i could get some kind of answer,and i can't do click2pay since they are not accepting new user's? Any help or advice would be greatly appreaciated.. I also offered to pay all the fee's if they could send it "Western Union" Thanks everyone!! Below is Henry's email.. :oops:

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do regarding the NETeller restriction placed on US users.
The withdrawal options still available to you are Overnight Express which takes up to 2 weeks to be processed or Click2Pay but you have to have a preexisting account which is instant.

I love this part in the fact that Overnight Express takes 2 weeks to be processed !

If that is the Express service then God help us on the regular service....:eek:
 
Thats exactly what I was thinking! I suppose the 2 wks is the back log of reqests to withdraw..but it would have been nice if it was stated that way!

I think they are located in Africa? Dang i say they should send me a Western Union withdrawal.. They can deduct the fee's from the 200.00 i don't mind.. :thumbsup:

Sounds like it should be processed on Wed. the 31st but don't know how, it didn't say anything about how.
 
Thanks Rob!! The only other withdrawal method for me is Overnight Express check.. Hopefully this will work out alright? If i get a check from some bank in Africa my bank will never cash it!! Hopefully it will be drawn from a US bank?
 
Well i have sent two emails.. I was asking if someone at the casino could give me a date.. I'm hoping it will be sent to me on Wednesday.. According to Henry's last reply it should be, but not a definate answer?
 
I have never had a problem being paid by this casino. They have cleaned up their act completely and my players love this place. Let us know what happens.
 
I also have had a lot of good experiences here, though i always used neteller and there instant withdrawal option.
I wouldnt be too concerned about getting paid, i think it will just take a little time, a lot of places are way behind since neteller pulled out, but the checks seem to slowly be coming in.

Alright this is just getting to be bullshit!! I seem to be getting a different answer everytime i ask about my money!! Here's my little email i got this morning!! What should i do about this? Maybe i should PM Casinomeister??

That sucks. It looks to me that they were very well automated and now they aren't :eek2: I can tell by looking at the webpage that they don't have a lot of human interface going on. 'festive greetings december 25th' FFS

Like a lot of people you might have to just stay vigilant, be patient, and hope for the best. I know that's not much help, if any. Hope it works out for you.

Write them back nygirl30 and tell them that this is unacceptable and that they just need to go ahead and mail you a check right now by courier and send you the tracking number !

I've sent off your PAB to Casino Extreme's management. Technically, I should have turned this PAB request down. This is your second PAB for a non-accredited casino (You had submitted on in April for Vegas Frontier). As per the PAB agreement:

Okay ***Update*** All this time i have been waiting and here's the email i got today from Henry.. I got everything sent in Faxback, Driver's license, Utility bill... I was told from Sasha that if everything is in order the check will be sent next Wednesday.. I'm not complaining i just wish they would have told me to send in the docs when i first requested the withdrawal.. ;)

Please try to get Click2Pay account so we can send the money to you instantly.
If you are not able to open C2P account please complete the attached forms..please include all necessary documents
stated on the second page so the forms can be processed and approved quickly.This is only verification of your address before the check can be issued...

I never had payment problems with them, especially because i only used c2p or neteller and their instant withdrawals.
 
Christ here's today's news!! My head hurts it's something new everyday!! They don't even bother to email me and tell me that things have changed again.. Thank god they have live chat or i would not know what was going on..

Sasha tells me today they cant send any checks since USA player's can't play online anymore.. So now its a wire transfer? All i want is my money and i won't bother them again.. I sent a VOIDED check so they could see i was the owner of the bank account also.. Will see what tomorrow brings i guess..
