i have an issue with casino.com from mansion casino do they have a rep here?

well here my story i deposited 30 bonus 50 i played slots and roulette and withdrwal 700 all wins are from slots
but later ma withdrawal was denied as i breached term i max bet 50% of bonus i made 3 bets above that on roulette

the link send to me on mail didnt say about the maxbet rule or link to the general terms
but soem were aroun dgeneral terms it was there

well its true i breached the term even for 3 bets and i didnt won frm it

is there any chance if i go for a PAB?

Mansion Casino is listed in the "No can Do" so I think a PAB is probably out.

I was able to find the terms & conditions with no problem listed on their home page under T & C. Aside from the 50% rule, Roulette is not allowed.

oh ok so seems PAB is out

they give a link to the terms and in which said roulette contribute 25%
and there was no mention to the maxbet rules

I understand it feels awful to be denied the winnings, but no, there is not much you can do about it.

What I do hope is that you never play anywhere again without reading all of their T&C's first.
They had this rule here, you broke it and now you'll have to pay for it. Sad but true.

yeah true an experience player like me should have read the rules

and would have stick to the good rep casinos

the problem is that expecting this withdrawal i made some high deposits and that amde a big dent in my bank roll

such a bad thing i wont be able to play and use the xmas promotions now
