I didnt have that problem :P I could log in both the instant and download version. My problem was that , it just wouldnt open or what not. clicked on the date etc. Said 'umm 12 spins free on blah blah' and that was it. Couldnt move from there

Went to the game (was it Fat lady sings? cant remember now - too many burbons later..heheh) and the so called free spins never showed up.

Emailed their 'support' lol.. and they just got back today.

Of course you can't do that. Then everyone would just make a deposit, play the free spins and then cashout. Not that smart businessidea:rolleyes:

What you win from the free spins have a 30x wagering. When that is made you can cash it all out.
My suggestion is that you play like normal with your deposit. Lose or win and cash out if you reach an amount you accept, then play your free spins:)

I believe that is something you should as their support instead of me. Maybe you could do that, but I wouldn't advice it since that is really to take advantage of a nice offer.
Compare it to let say, Redbet. They usually offer free spins, but the day after you have made your deposit and played.
32Red gives them at the same time you deposit, so if you cashed out the deposit immediately and then went for the free spins, would you think it would be fair to get those for free then?

You can of course withdraw any time you want but I suggest you try and play a little as a good will and then you can cash out whenever you want, and hopefully with some profit too.
