No need to worry about that. Some casinos makes you play it through at least one time and I guess you will make that.

I didnt have that problem I could log in both the instant and download version. My problem was that , it just wouldnt open or what not. clicked on the date etc. Said 'umm 12 spins free on blah blah' and that was it. Couldnt move from there

Went to the game (was it Fat lady sings? cant remember now - too many burbons later..heheh) and the so called free spins never showed up.
