Casino Card Duplicate Transactions

Hi to all, has anyone had any issues with credit card transactions duplicating with their card company?
As i have just had this happen with my card company they have said they think its a glitch and will return to normal when systems are updated at midnight.
Reason i am asking as if it doesnt i have to esculate it to fraud with my company

Did you get any kind of error, try again message when depositing?

Also, I'd inform the company the charges are from... they can check their end as well.

Happens often enough and is usually resolved one way or another.

Are these transactions showing as pending still? The duplicate might just drop off after a set period of time.

I have done the above and told the casino, weirdly they had gone through on my account with the latest usage but were showing in pending as well!
But then same transactions appeared again today with authorisation codes etc, weird!
As i was typing this thought i would check online statement duplicates have dropped off

I had a duplicate transaction before, I told the casino I am not happy they soon refunded the 2nd transaction in a instant, Pitty they could not do that with normal withdraws,

Also Asda the shopping mall, Took 2 lots of payment of me before, It did not actually come out but was took of my available balance for a few days, Which could of messed me right up if I did not have enough to cover direct debits ect, & What if it happened to somebody who not had much cash and needed it to look after there kids?

If you can see the duplicate money in the casino acount than without a doubt they have charge you twice, It will be hard to tell looking at bank as it would only show available balance for a few days, If it as come of available balance but only 1 transaction shows in casino account then withen a few days the 2nd transaction will bounce bank into your bank,

weird thing is its not the casino but my card company!
