Hello all,

I have followed this forum for some time now but have never felt like i needed to make a post. Until now. I'm sorry i start with a complaint but here goes.

I have been a member of Casino 365 for about 2 years now and have claimed their $40 bonus every month. In the early days i used to end up with a small profit each month after completing the WR and then in an attempt to increase my winnings i would blow the lot on one bet. I won some and lost more.
I was upset to see they changed to playtech last month coz i don't really trust them after an experience with another playtech casino. However i went ahead and deposited $200 from my sports betting account to the casino and got a $200 bonus. WR was $4000. I ended up with $795.85. Pretty good for me as i have never won mony like that before. So far so good for new look 365.

Then came the e-mail.

Dear Miss Blumenthal,

We write with regards to your requested Neteller transfer of US$ 797.85.

You should have received another email explaining why the Casino bonus was removed. We have had to decline the Neteller withdrawal as your account balance now stands at US$ 200.35. Please submit another request from your Neteller account with an amended amount.

If you require any assistance with regards to this or any other matter please do not hesitate to contact us here at Customer Services. Our team are available 24 hours a day by e-mail or telephone on 08000 288 365 and will be pleased to assist you.

Dear Anna,

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that our systems have detected that your account is
linked
to another account within bet365 by the same computer. I am unable to
give any details of the linked account due to the data protections act.
It clearly states in the terms and conditions that I have included
below
that you are only eligible for one opening offer per shared computer.

"Only one real account and promotion per player, household, address,
e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, and environments
where
computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library,
workplace, etc)."

The winnings that you received from the casino were gained using bonus
funds and so have been withdrawn from your account.

If you require any further assistance with regards to this or any other
matter please do not hesitate to contact us here at Customer Services.
Our team are available 24 hours a day by e-mail or telephone on 08000
288 365 and will be pleased to assist you.

Kind Regards

I dont think so Paul. I played on my pc in my home. I have asked for proof but they won't give me any. They just say sorry management can do what the hell we like. Why did they give the bonus in the first place? I asked them this and they won't answer. If I had lost the bonus and my deposit would you have refunded my $200 for the same reason?
I don't know what else to do.
Anna

I think this is the tip of a very big iceberg.
And it stinks.

I had a similar problem. Got the bonus, played for 3-days (small sessions) had nearly reached WR, then they took the bonus away!

But you say they took your winnings as well? That's diabolical.

The T&C's quoted above DO NOT say you can not play two accounts from the same computer. (Read it carefully).
But this probably explains my problem as well. A friend of mine would occasionally have a little play on his account from my PC (the old Boss casino) when round my place. But we never had any problems before. It's only with the switch to Playtech.

Another example of very shoddy practice - give you the bonus, let you play, and only afterwards tell you that you broke some 'unwritten' rule. :(

Yet another one for the Blacklist....

That is what is worrying. Casinos use bonuses to lure in propective new customers. They should not be allowed to change the terms of a bonus once you are in their system and already playing.

Sounds like

Sounds like another PAB!!! When Bryan comes back he is going to be a busy man....These online casinos with their rules...Just getting out of hand...Glad I stopped playing at a lot of them....Very few good ones left....
