Casino 33

I made the playthrough on a $55 freechip (actually hit for over $1000 on one spin on London Inspector at a $2.50 bet).
Have been working with Casinojack on processing the cashout, so far he has been very helpful.
I will post an update once the cashout is complete (only Western Union is an option so far but it is not available on the withdrawal screen which is causing confusion.)

I was wondering if this was ever paid? Nifty had questioned casinojack about progressives, and he replied that they were NOT to be used with this coupon. We also have NOT heard back from this poster. And im sure London Inspector counts as a progressive...

Seems odd that casinojack would help process this cashout if progressives are NOT to be played??

Please keep in mind I work for casino33, and not playfaircasino. We are sisters though and I did forward the info to playfair reps. I cannot speak for them regarding this, but I can help in passing messages.

Why would you be sure that the game "London Inspector" would count or be considered as a "progressive" game? If that's the case then all of the Real Series Slots would be considered as progressives which I know that at 99% of RTG's they are not. The "Real Series Games" are considered as Random Jackpots and not progressive jackpots.

London Inspector is not a progressive slot. It just has a random JP. Also we have not heard from OP because they probably have nothing to report. They were on here just yesterday.

CJ, we know you are just the messenger its appreciated. The rep put themselves out here. They have to know this is a put up or shut up forum. I'm sure they will respond soon.

Today I picked up my $55 moneygram from my freechip winnings.
It took awhile to process, but that has to be expected from a new casino.
A big thanks to CasinoJack who followed up on all of my questions and even called me at home to make sure I had the right info for the moneygram pickup!

I always classified random jackpots as progressive jackpots. Just out of curiosity why WOULDN'T they be considered progressives? They have a progressive meter where a % of all bets are put towards the jackpot. I never take coupons where you cannot play progressives at RTG casinos for this reason. Maybe its just my stupidity, but by definition random jackpots are considered progressives are they not?

Not a stupid inquiry at all. I use to chat first with RTGs to make sure regular real series were not considered progressive. Some are, but usually with fixed values like 3 stogges, rudoplh, happy ox, etc. Maybe Casino Jack can clarify.

WTG Casino Jack, and Playfair for the quick resolution.

Yes, glad we fixed it for you.

What i am about to explain is really, imo, kind of being nit picky, but we are casinos so here we go. Note also this explanation is for RTG casino only.

Progressive Jackpot.

Is a jackpot where the value of the jackpot increases a small amount for every game played. This amount varies depending on the game, and in the case of RTG, they games are linked to all RTG skins. This means, about 100 casinos are adding in funds to this jackpot at all times. Also note these amounts are usually much higher. This money is kept by RTG and paid to the players directly when a win occurs.

Look for this at the bottom of the game descriptions:

Jackpot: Network, Symbol driven

Random Jackpot

Ok so what is the difference? I see the number going up? Ok note this, next time before you click on the game. On the bottom of the game description you might see this:

Jackpot: Local, Random

Ok so now to bring this all together. This is a progressive,as one might think, as the money goes higher as more players play it. This money is paid by the casino though, not RTG. But here is the kicker

A random jackpot can be won at ANYTIME of the game play!

Not some tell you other things, such as Crazy Dragon:

Jackpot Local, After 100 re-spins

So main difference as far as a player is concerned, as far as RTG casinos, Progressive = network, random = local.

Make sense?

I used my login ID at Casino33 to login at Playfair and bang it was successful right away. Mind you, I never had an account at Playfair. I took a ND bonus at Casino 33 and the details were right in the cashier history of Playfair. Well, I had the same experience with Cuba Club and Luckyslots so my question to Casinojack is: Can I have accounts at both casinos? If so, do I have to register under a different username?

Yes but another distinction is that random Jackpots are just that.
The Jackpot is not awarded for a winning combination as it is in progressive jackpots.

My account is still locked at Playfair casino, even tho they have said to me two times that they HAD reopened it... This starts to smell horsemanure...

chuchu59: My guess is that Playfair casino and Casino 33 is essentially the same casino, as I recall someone on another gambling forum made an IP search of both casino and they both had the same adress..

best to use one account and play at both, no issue.

Yeah , that's the point I was trying to make, but you made it better. ANYTIME of the game, and randomly, Thanks for that.

To the Playfair rep. and Casinojack.

Since you have both created accounts here at Casinomeister, I expekt that you try to be taken seriously in the industry.

Therefor please answer me these questions.

1. Why was my account closed after winning 1000$?
2. Why have you lied to me on two occasions about reopening my account?
You say that my account has been reopened, when it is infact still closed.
3. Casinojack, you say you have nothing to do with Playfair casino. Why can Chuchu log into both casinos using the same login information? Why does a IP trace link Casino33 and Playfair to the same IP? This should imply that you are a little closer then you claim? (Link Removed (invalid URL))
4. When can I expekt for my account to reopened (for real, not you telling me that it is open) and when will I be able to cashout? I guess this is information that many members in here are interested in, to see how fast you resolve matters and pay players..

To all Casinomeister members.

My account was closed for no reason after winning 1000$. The casino has told me on two occasions that my account has been reopened, when in fact they have not reopened it. Since the two Casinos seems so closely linked I can only warn you to stay away from them both.

You have to admit, on the face of it, that this is very odd and worthy of further investigation.

It doesnt make sense to say 'we are not connected to Playfair in any way' when a customer can use the exact same login details to access Casino33.

I dont see the problem if they ARE closely connected, so I also dont understand why they are trying to distance themselves from each other ?

best to use one account and play at both, no issue.

I am confused. Having 2 separate casinos and stating they arent connected while having same login info. Why should my personal details at Casino33 be relayed to Playfair? What would happen if I claimed sign-up bonuses for both casinos? Would that amount to bonus abuse? Geeze, I see red flags everywhere. Care to clarify on these jack?

In response to question 3, we ARE sister casinos, and share the same license, RTG backend, etc not the same managers. We do also happen to have access to assist each other in customer service etc. I will reopen you account now, but I cannot help you with the payout concern outside of notifying the ownership there, again.

I do take this and any forum where casino33 or myself is mentioned seriously. I will always respond as promptly as I can. Last I head was the same as you on this forum, were Greg mentioned he was trying to reach to pay you. Not sure why the issues, but maybe try livehelp again?

EDIT: After posting this,I see that your account has been deactivated. This can be reactivated but I do not have rights to do this. There are no notes to suggest why. Do me a favor, please contact livehelp right away and keep me in the loop. I am notifying the managers of casino33 tonight also.

I cannot answer 1 and 2 as this is from the playfair group.

Yeah we do also. Is why we in the middle of separating before the official grand opening, so these issues do not come to be a pain for players. As of today, multiple accounts are ok, as long as one per skin.

That is where that number is coming from!!!! I signed up here, and also have been getting phone calls from the same number!!! They keep calling and hanging up and it is REALLY annoying! I call it back and it says the number does not exist! Has something been done about this? It has been driving me crazy!!!

I am on the do not call list, but can not even report this number as it does not exist!! Please tell me something is being done about that.

What number?

551-322-9000 and says New Jersy

Well, if it was us it is no longer. we have been going though a lot of changes here( for the better) before we go live. Sorry for delay to this post, I must have missed it. Thanks to the affiliate who brought it to my attention....

I came across this thread while doing some search about Casino 33 on Internet because I have been thinking of promoting this casino. But now of course I can do so only if two issues raised in this thread are answered properly.

1. Has PULVER received his $1000?
2. Was the transfer of CHUCHU59's data to Playfair just a mistake or will, in the future, such transfers take place between the two casinos, provided they are acknowledged openly as sister casinos?

1. Not yet but I have been in contact with him as Casino33/Playfair will be paying him. As of this week, both casino are under one roof, one cs department etc.

2. He signed up at both from what I see. If you asking from an affiliate perspective, regardless where he plays or deposits you would be compensated.

I am actually not bothered about the affiliate's compensation. I want that the relation between the two casinos become transparent to the players, which will be the case if they know that both casinos are under one roof.

And it will be. Final site designs will mention "member of xx family.." type verbage.

Lets face it, casino33 is disgusting, and ugly. we fixing these things now and is why the final "launch date" has not been set. When i cam on board I knew would be a challenge. We started off on the wrong foot, but we have the correct one on the floor, and we are making the place a stand up place. casino33 payment records is 100%,and playfair is 90%, but about to be 100%. Please bear with us as we finish this construction...

There are hundreds of reputable casinos, I don't know why ppl go to this "unknown" casino...

Good question, But some people like to try new things. variety is the spice of life. Some people love us, some will not. We will be lucky for some, unlucky for others. Hopefully one day you will give us a shot.

Plus I answer all concerns and comments, good or bad, and I am on a lot. I think anyone who responds as fast as we do (most of time time under 12 hours I think) is not too bad.

Thanks for asking the question.

I received a first-deposit bonus offer in the mail from Casino 33 last month, but checked this thread before acting on the bonus. The first few posts almost frightened me off, but then the later responses were more favorable. So I decided to go ahead and make a modest first deposit of $50 with a bonus of $66.50. I met wagering requirements on slots and attempted to request a withdrawal of $180, but saw that the method through which I had deposited, Quicktender, was not among the listed withdrawal methods. I checked with Support and was told that Quicktender would be available by the end of that week for withdrawals. I wasnt exactly happy, but decided to take Supports word for it and waited. I checked again on Sunday and Quicktender was still not there as a withdrawal method. Support told me that very soon it would be there. Somewhat suspicious now, I decided to check each day after that to see what happened. To my surprise Quicktender was indeed there fairly soon, and I put in a request for a withdrawal. That was followed shortly by a request for documents, which I complied with. Within 6 hours of sending the documents in, my withdrawal was in my Quicktender account.

I was happy enough with the outcome that I decided to deposit again yesterday and try their Jacks or Better Video Poker, which is full pay in the single-hand version, unlike many rtg casinos that have less than full pay in all of their Jacks or Better VP. (I wish Casino 33 had full pay in multi-hand video poker as well, though, as does iNetBet Casino.) I made a modest profit after brief play and withdrew. Approximately 12 hours later, the money was in my Quicktender account.

My conclusion about Casino 33 is that, after some growing pains, it has proved itself to be a reliable and fair option among those in the better rtg group. I will play there again.

Thanks for giving us a shot. Is funny, but when QT came up, we had to fund the account. Seems from time your account goes live and our wire hit the QT people, was a few day delay, and is why we did not add the payout option at the time.

Thanks again, construction still going on, let me go get some drywall up...

CasinoJack has been very helpful in taking on this matter for me, hopefully he will straighten everything out. I will let all you guys know when I receive my payment.

Pulver can you let me know if you ever got paid. I like to add new casinos to promote from time to time on some of my sites, and before i do just want to be sure no players got screwed around.

Thanks

Anyway, after reading thru this whole thread, and seeing how much time it is taking, im going to have to pass.

I mean its only $1,000. They should have paid him already, if not for any other reason but to get rid of this bad publicity.

Sadly was not that easy. We will get him a solution to get him paid....This particular situation was more complicated. This happen, we messed up, we have been emailing him almost daily....

The situation will not occur again as playfaircasino and casino33 are now managed under one roof.

Seems that Casino33 has messed up alot! When Casino33 first opened i contacted Casino Jack on August7th about the $25 no deposit offer and signed up as a afilliate. We made a deal that i would get 25% commission and the $25 no deposit was live on my forum. I brought in $610.00 in deposits and now he will not pay me. I am owed $152.25 in commission and my afilliate account is now locked. I have tried to resolve this issue on my own and he is saying that he will not pay me. I have a graph chart of the downloads of the players and the commission i made that was sent to me by one of Jacks employees. Im putting this out as a warning against Casino33 DO NOT promote or play at either Casino33 or Fairplay Casions as they are connected. What is interesing to me is that my stats i have the majority of the players came from Playfair Casino and i do not not even promote them. All i want is my comission that is owed to me.

As I told you before, when you said you would post in the PAB section, i think is best as we are unable to come to a conclusion together. I am willing to listen to the mods of this forum if they so choose to arbitrate this. If you going to post things like this in public, mention the $500.00 was sent on a timely basis. the fact the accounting at your forum between your partner and you is another story. I think is best to open the PAB, as i do not think you want all these details public. I have never, and will not mention public details of people I work with in a public space nor talk about particulars. Is not good business.

So again, i urge you to open a PAB complaint, and the finding by the staff here i will abide by. This post here is just trying to draw me into a fight I will not be a part of. I am sorry it did not work out, and we were unable to settle these difference before hand.

I'm also working with CasinoJack, and I've found the complete opposite to be true. He's been one of the easiest people to work with, quick response time, and very helpful. So I'm really surprised to read this post. It always raises a red flag for me if a player or an affiliate posts a complaint and tells everyone they were ripped off, so and so is a crook and won't pay them, don't play there, or don't promote them, but fail to give any explanation at all for what reason the other party gave them. There's always a reason. Whether it be a legitimate reason or not, there's always a reason given. Unless the other party is just MIA. Obviously CasinoJack is anything but MIA.

I'm glad CasinoJack responded so quickly here. Or we would have been lead to believe he was refusing to pay you your rev share earnings without any reason at all.

What was the $500 for? You didn't mention this at all. Was that for prepayment of your affiliate earnings? Or was it for a media buy deal?

From my experience, usually when you agree to do a media buy deal you don't get affiliate rev share commissions AND the media buy. Unless you have a big site, and have a special deal stating you will get both, in writing. And if it was a prepay on your earnings, then maybe you were already paid these earnings you're saying is unpaid.

Why did they send you $500 and what reason they gave you for not paying your affiliate earnings? Something doesn't sound right.

I wish programs would send me a $500 payment for no reason.

You did not send ME $500.00 CJ. We can bring out the chats if so needed. You and i had a affilliate deal and nothing more. I signed up as a affilliate with Casino33 and what you did with my partner has no bearing on the fact that you owe me a payment. I tried to get this settled with you on several chats but you would not see any other way to resolve this issue.

Daera you do not even know what is going on here and i know that you and CJ are friends so i expect you to take up for him.

Sharon for the last time, I am asking you to do this in PAB so we can settle this. We are at a point we cant go forward. I told you I would abide by the decision there whether I agree or not. I will not respond to this anymore, nor get into a he said she said for 25 pages of posts.

Why are you suggesting she does a PAB, can you resolve this on your own without having her to do one? Because your right all you've been doing is going back an forth. I think a mod need to step into this one. I don't think a PAB is will be sufficient in this case because they deal directly with casino issues. Dealings between affiliates is a different matter altogether.

Also agree...100%

But i did tell the affiliate if this is the path they need to go down I understand. They believe the PAB was best result and I agreed. Sadly of all the casino / gambling forums etc out there, I have yet to see a good arbitration model. Sportsbooks have done the very well, and a couple forums come to mine to resolve affiliate complaints. I did not mean to speak for PAB on this, just wanted to mention that if they did this course, I would be ok with it, and agree to it for the peace of the industry.

Hi Sharon,

You're right, I don't know what's going on here. That's why I'm asking you about the $500 he mentioned. The only thing I know is what I read from your post, and his. And it doesn't quite make sense.

So are you going to explain the whole story now and why he says he's not going to pay your earnings? I think that's pretty important.

CasinoJack and I are not friends. He's an affiliate manager that I work with, like all affiliate managers that I work with. Because I don't have any problems with him, and find him easy to work with, does not make us friends. It's business.

You should expect people to question things when you make a post like you made, followed by a post like he made. If you don't want anyone to ask any questions or say anything, then you probably shouldn't have made it public.

I agree with vegetagirl2008's post. This isn't really the place for affiliate complaints/disputes.

Jack, please tell me why you wont pay me, and why you locked my affiliate account? I did nothing wrong. all I want is my $152.50 that I made for August. why do you want to drag this out.

PAB is for player issues not affiliate problems. I feel this is the correct spot for this issue, I did not want to make this public as I have tried in vain to work this out privately. You did not send me any money I did not make any other deal with you. Where is your invoice agreement with my partner, and proof that any money was exchanged, and how I am tied into this. You can PM it to me or email this proof that any commission I would make would affect my account.
