To be fair to them, it has been the weekend. A lot of casinos don't verify docs over the weekend.
Thankfully it’s come to an end and your getting your withdrawalHey guys according to support my documents were accepted and the withdrawal will be processed taking up to 10 working days. I didn't get any email response so I had to ask chat myself. But I'm happy that things are moving forward. I have this all in writing if they stall again. All in all, very poor experience. Staff are very friendly but seems that the issue lies with White Hat rather than the support team who are at the mercy of the operator.
Thanks for everyone who helped on here. I'll update this once its in the bank.
So happy for you - but...... 10 days !!!! Spend it wisely or send it to me, in fact sod it, just send it to meHey guys according to support my documents were accepted and the withdrawal will be processed taking up to 10 working days. Haha. From what I can tell they haven't processed the withdrawal yet because it 'timed out' So I'll make sure to celebrate once its in bank. Not going to lie though this process has put me off online gambling. So happy for you - but...... 10 days !!!! Spend it wisely or send it to me, in fact sod it, just send it to me
WHG ain’t all that bad it was just bad luck in your case with the lack of ID I’m normally paid in 24 hours.I've been paid now! Visa Direct. Big thanks to everyone who pushed this and helped. I have had no emails from accounts. I had to push through the chat to get the payment thankfully I got through to a really helpful support assistant. I'm not complaining I just think this could have been handled much better and personally would consider that with WhiteHat casinos they are going to be slow at paying out.
Have they scrapped the 48h pending period since reversals are removed for uk?WHG ain’t all that bad it was just bad luck in your case with the lack of ID I’m normally paid in 24 hours.
I’m assuming my last few withdrawals have hit the bank in 24 hrs gotta keep up with the Jones’sHave they scrapped the 48h pending period since reversals are removed for uk?

I’ve been playing at spin station all my withdrawals over the last 2 weeks have been paid in 24 hours (excluding weekends)Im getting mixed messages here.
Been a while since i played at 21casino, but i remember they would process the withdrawals 48h after requesting (not one minute before or after)
Kind of put me off playing there.
I've been banned two times so far. Now my account across all white hat gaming casino's have available offers again. I hear they say the third time is a charm or something..?
Never had a issue with any of them and had big cashouts.Aren't white hat casinos notoriously the harshest for shutting down peoples accounts? Both me and my girlfriend got banned from white hat and was never given a reason. We opened a dream vegas account on the same day and both used the opening bonus but we didn't use it on the same game(i did monopoly and i think she did roulette). Anyway I think we deposited like £400 each in the end, I won sweet F.A and she won £547. So even if we were in cahoots we were down anyway and we never played the same game at the same time, we both played monopoly but we were never playing at the same time.
To add to that she was still living at her mums at the time so that was her address, mine was different so there was no connection there, used different cards etc. My only theory was that they had detected 2 players playing from the same IP address as she was spending most her time at mine so decided to ban the accounts.
I'm no expert on rules but unless you're playing the same game at the same time(thus increasing your odds) even if you play from the same IP it isn't breaking any rules. Anyway at least she got the money as they had already processed the withdrawal by the time we got banned. Never got a reason though and still banned.
I imagine that was the reason but there was nothing on the terms and conditions about not having 2 people from the same IP address play and like i said we never played the same game at the same time. And as well it's not like we were up any money. They may just see alarm bells ringing if 2 people from the same IP are logged on at the same time and ban the account.Never had a issue with any of them and had big cashouts.
that I’ve never cashed out with a bonus or best wagering or a NDB.
and if it’s 2 accounts same ip then it’ll obviously raise many questions especially if your both using the bonus’s white hat throw out as they are pretty generous on that front.
That would make the most sense, even though we had different address registered they could have seen it as bonus abuse as we played the bonus at the same time and as far as opening bonuses go, theres is pretty good. We did play different games but it could be deemed that one of us was looking for a big win to split.Against the spirit of the bonus term maybe they could use? Maybe abuse..
Not upto date with terms etc maybe @dunover could chip in?..
Am i missing something about the roulette trick? Not that i've done it before but cheating(or at least bending the rules) on casinos isn't that hard. Someone I used to work with would regularly deposit £500 on 2 separate casinos, bet half on red the other half on black on the same roulette(and pray to God it didnt hit 0) then would have £1000 to play on monopoly where a game like that the longer you play the more chance you have of a win.
Also regularly played monopoly at the same time on 2 unrelated casinos, didn't always result in wins but he was definitely in the green and got a couple of huge wins if 2 accounts hit 4 rolls.
If it's 2 accounts you're both activating the bonus and gambling it all on a game that is as close to 50/50 as you can get. So if you both deposit £1000 with a 100% bonus say and play roulette, providing it's not 0, one player is on £4000. The more you have to play with, the more you can wager on slots, and the more chance you have of getting a big win which means you can get the wagering requirements.Am i missing something about the roulette trick?
Wouldnt it be smarter to just deposit £1000 at a casino right away instead of risking losing £1000 on roulette?
