Casino Complaint Casibon Casino changing terms on the fly and not honoring them

I joined CASIBON on Jan 2017, and I was surprised when after all my deposits (about 20k euros) my VIP status remained the same. I asked for information in chat and I was told that the various VIP states progress with the losses, for example the first class of VIP there must be a difference between deposits and cashouts (in terms of losses) of a minimun of 500 euros (are you serious???) and so on ..just today I was contacted by phone by the casino that offered me the silver VIP status, but I point out that my status given the volume of deposits was the diamond,and guess what ???? while we were in chat they changed the terms and conditions. I have screen shoot about my statement and some pages of their website in different language report what I am saying.
