Cash Outs! How long is too long?

Hello all! I am new here, but have been an online gamer for years mostly playing video poker. I recently started back up again after the freeze and got lucky at the Grand Prive Group and cashed out two large cash ins. One on 06/12 and One on 06/16. I have not received either check and just keep getting false promises. I have been promised they have been mailed out from Germany on 06/18 and 06/22, but I do not have one check yet and the mail just came today. I have gotten mail from Germany before and it took 5 days to reach me.

My question is how long is too long to wait on a cash in? I do not understand how the payment company can mail a check regular mail, but not by expediated service like fed ex? Please I value all your opinions and thoughts.

It has become a common complaint nowadays, even amongst the MOST reputable of casinos and casino groups. I have no doubts at all that you will get your money eventually, but it really is up to the processors. And my advice would be to stop depositing/playing once you do. Just because the casino doesn't have a big pop-up window informing you of prolonged payout delays (even though they should), you should be aware that this is the way things are now. There have been stories of people waiting months to get paid, and other stories of having the cheques "bounce" once they've been received. That is not due (in most cases) to NSF funds, but to the processor pulling out and cancelling all cheques....in the time it took for you to receive your cheque and cash it.

The 270 day grace period that UIGEA allowed financial institutions is quickly coming up, and I don't foresee things getting any better...but actually getting worse. You should also be writing to your State Representatives and voicing your support for Barney Frank's bill....you can read more about that in America The Beautiful and Casino Industry Discussion forums (I think, lol). The way I see it, that is the US's best hope of ever getting this straightened out.

The first thing you need to do if you are going to gamble online is get an "ewallet"...Look at the ones being advertised at the Grand Prive casinos now. I cashed out from Lake Palace last week and the money will be in my bank account tomorrow or Thursday (because of the holiday). The $10 charge makes it worth it. Waiting for a check is iffy at best..it took 3 1/2 weeks in May to get one. Also, don't leave money in whatever ewallet you use. I don't trust any of them and the minute it hits I do a withdrawal. Not them, in particular, but the banking situation. My opinion only....good luck!:D

You all have very good points! I am waiting on my ATM card from Fortune Lounge and then I hope that eases this problem with the payoutsl Eco card is too hard to make a deposit.

Well another postal day and still no checks? The funny thing is my Cash Check still shows both cash ins as WORK IN PROGRESS? Grand Prive has not been too great on answering emails either lately. This is stressing me out!

You are going to drive yourself crazy waiting for the mail. It could be the end of July before you see a check. I would call them and see if you can change your withdrawal method. I never deposit to Ecocard but I use it as my withdrawal method from the casinos to get the money out fast. Just a suggestion.:)

They do a wire transfer to your bank account. They charge $10 and my bank charges $10.60 but it is a surefire way of getting your money rather than waiting to see if you are ever going to get a check.

I just hung up from the Grand Prive Group and yet another round of excuses- Everything from the wrong address (was the right address) to processing problems from Feb. But now they assure me that they have a new processor and the checks are guaranteed to be there in 14 days. That is great what about my cash ins from early last month? Said they would get back to me tomorrow. It just seems like their attitude is oh well- you will get it eventually! I have stopped playing on their site. I feel sorry for all the other players that are in this sinking boat as well!

Does any one know someone high up in the Grand Prive Group's email address? I am having no luck with the supervisor I have been talking too and it really seems like he does not even care. Thanks!

Well, I finally got my cash outs yesterday. However, I am so disappointed in the service of the Grand Prive Group. Not only were the cash outs slow, but their customer service has gone down hill. Unanswered emails, not following through, broken promises, and a bonus that I was promised 5 days ago, but never got. Players Beware!

Don't feel bad, I have just complained to bodog about 3 payouts totaling 2850.00,since june 2nd, and I have to be more patient.
