Where you cash funds reach $0.07 and then $0.00 and bonus released which that $0.07 rolls into your bonus balance ($10) $9.57 Doesnt your cash funds get depleted as the game you are playing is minimal $0.50 bets ? So you should only be waging your bonus funds now ? This little $0.07 is the excuse to the reason my $10k was confiscated but I'm disputing it to the best of my will I need some advise . . Has anyone had this happen to them before ?

Right - I have added the casino name to your thread and made it a complaint which it appears to be as you are disputing the issue? So you have had 10k withheld over a 0.07 carry-over which has according to your image not been cleared as you progressed through your spins. I would suggest using the PAB service after maybe explaining the problem a little more expansively.

Ok the reason I had 10k confiscated was they reckoned I breached the terms and conditions while stepping over $5 bet was the welcome bonus was in play ( 4th stage of welcome bonus )Defenly wasnt a welcome bonus. Was my 13th deposit . But weather of not it was a welcome deposit I had to wager my $20 deposit and my $10 bonus . $30 × 35 = $1050. 1st of all your cash funds and bonus funds are separate. With the $20 deposit funds after spinning away for some time on rugby star on $0.50 and $1.00 bets my cash balance went to a low $0.07. Lowest bet on rugby star is $0.50. So when cash balance reached $0.07 cash balance should have been depleted which u can see the $0.00. When cash balance hits $0.00 that's cash balance done ‍ so theres no cash to wager. Only bonus. So with my bonus funds I have to wager $10.00 ×35 = 350. . That's correct?

In other words I done $926 worth of bets before I stepped my bet up to $10 with the bonus funds. . As my cash funds reached the $0.07 -$0.00. Because there were no cash funds to wager wouldn't I only have to wager my bonus funds ? So $10 ( bonus) × 35 =$350 ? What Gate777 have done is they have used my $0.07 of my cash funds to roll over into my bonus funds which is there excuse of my breach

So they have used my 0.07 of the last of my cash funds 2 rollover into my bonus funds which gave me $10.93 bonus. Where at this stage the 0.07 cash funds are meant to depleted so I would only have to wager the bonus. They are using this $0.07 as a reason of my confiscated of $10k

I'm so confused with how they have ruled out there wagering requirements. I know cash funds and bonus funds are separate. When my $20 cash funds were over at $0.07 I had no cash funds to wager. So when the $10 bonus came into play is it resetted so I have to wager the original $20 and the $10 bonus =$1050 all over again ? Or just the bonus $10 × 35 = $350.
I managed to get this bonus wagered up to $646.57 within 35mins of ligit bets. This is where Gate777 believed I breached as this is when I stepped bets up to $10. I did just over 30 spins on $10 bets with NO wins bringing my balance down to $285.17 . At $285.17 is where the bonus funds were released and the wagering done. Realistically I fulfilled wagering requirements before I did $10 spins

They are so cunning to add that $0.07 to my separate bonus account. This incident has brought me a lot of tears and frustration. Did you try a PAB now? If not you can wait really long for a solution. Trust me Casinomeister is compared to other affiliate websites really helpful.

PAB allows Casinomeister to look at your case and personal information. That way they can discuss the case with the casino in your name.

You submitted a PAB. Did you not read the rules before doing so?

Talking about your case might jeopardise your PAB, that is the reason why Casinomeister is asking people who submit a PAB to stop talking while it is in progress. You can always post about it again once the PAB is closed.
