Resolved Can't reset PW at Kaboo - They're unwilling to help?!

So I got an email about a bonus waiting for me at Kaboo. Neat, I thought and went to log in. Only to find out that my password, that I DEFINITELY used at the site, did not work. So I tried to reset it. I never got the email. Went to live chat, live chat told me he manually sent it to me. Told them I still didn't get it. So guess what? Live chat told me there's nothing else they can do for me. So my account will remain inaccessible until the end of time because "I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do for you" is their reply.

I've had this similar issue ONCE in the past at a different casino, and there the live chat told me to give them an alternate email address that they would change my account into, if I provided enough details to prove that I am the owner of the account. Yet Kaboo cannot do this. WTF?!

I tried sending myself a mail from different domain and it went thru no problem, so the problem is not with my email address .. and I'd be surprised if it was to begin with since I use GMAIL. *sigh* .. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only CM member who has to return to the complaint section over and over again because I somehow keep running into trouble like this over and over again :(

edit: All of the emails suddenly appeared in one big chunk. So problem solved I guess. I'll leave this thread up though, because what the live chat told me triggered me if ever so slightly .. Like really? There's nothing you can do? If those emails truly had never arrived then tough luck apparently since there's "nothing" they could've done.
