After I lost 2 deposit + bonus at an RTG casino I made the 3th one.
Deposit $ 150.00 bonus $ 240.00 ( 160% )
T & C 30x
Ive played for about 2 + hours average bet $ 2.50.
I hit a random jackpot of $ 25000.+
How much am I entitled to?
I have 2 pending withdrawals of $5.000 each plus $ 15.000 + in my account and Im still spinning.
Thanks for your help
kakata
p.s.
this happened a week ago and so far I havent seen a penny

It greatly depends on where you are playing.

Several RTG casinos limit winnings to 10x bonus or similar. Also note that most RTG casinos will only allow a certain amount to be withdrawn per week (at some it is $2k for instance).

I highly recommend contacting the casino for clarification. If the casino has a rep here at the forum you might like to PM him/her.

Good luck.

Terms & c says that after the 30x wagering my balance has to be greater than deposit + bonus.
Lets assume I didnt make the 30x....right?
Would be better if I do cancel the pending withdrawals and keep spinning and than try to withdraw....lets say in 2 days.?
Thanks

But do the T&C also talk about whether there is a maximum amount that you can withdraw (what Mousey said)?

With that kind of money, I don't understand why you wouldn't contact the casino to find out exactly what you can and can't do.

Why risk losing everything because you made a withdrawal before the wagering requirements were done, too? :what:

Need to know how the casino addresses payouts when a bonus is claimed. Many that have hit the Random Jackpot could not withdraw the whole Jackpot but was allowed 10x their deposit to withdraw. a few casinos will allow the full withdrawal. You need to read the T&C's REAL CLOSE!

Which casino?

I think you didn't meet the wagering requirement when you requested the withdrawal

check the bonus terms carefully, you'd better cancel the withdrawal and continue bet to meet the requirement

thats exactly what Ive done.........and I keep betting.
I moved my bet up to $50.00 a spin......I want to get as fast as I can to the POINT.
More suggestions are more then appreciated.

I would like to hear from CM...whats your opinion regarding?

Why haven't you contacted the casino to find out exactly where you stand in the wagering requirements? Nobody here can tell you exactly what you're entitled to. If you don't understand the T&C, then post them here and I'm sure someone could figure them out for you.

But again, you need to contact the casino and see how much of the WR you have completed, before you attempt to withdraw.

You may also be SOL for about $23,000+. As someone said above, most RTG casinos have a 10x max cashout term tucked away for those that play with a bonus. If that's the case, you're only going to get $1150 of your money + winnings.

My advice would be to contact the customer support via email or chat and have EVERYTHING clarified by them so you can stop second-guessing. Please remember to keep all chat records.

Nobody answer to chat, Ill try later.
By the way..Last night I did reverse my withrawals request and I kept playing
and I wagered 20k more and lucky me I won somemore money betting $50 per spin.
The wagering in the T&C says 30x deposit+bonus wich was 150 + 240= 390x30=11.700.
Shouldnt I be okay at this point? The casino in Crystal Palace
thanks

I'd highly suggest taking a screenshot of the terms and conditions RIGHT NOW so that you can prove the 30x and anything else you may need to claim.

Being Crystal Palace, I hope this part doesn't apply to you:

Promotional offers are not available to any players who have been locked out of any of our sister casinos including (but not restricted to): High Rollers Lounge, Cleopatras-Casino, American Grand, Golden Nile, Lucky Coin, Lucky Pyramid, Royal Circus and Vegas Frontier. In addition, Crystal Palace contributes to and makes use of a shared industry database of promotion abusers. Individuals known from this database to only make use of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds will not be eligible for this promotional offer.

I don't see anything in their T&C at all about a maximum cashout restriction, but they do have this, which echoes what Bryan has said:

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted in this "Terms and Conditions" section of the web site. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis and to check any additional rules detailed within promotional emails. Should you be unclear about any point relating to a specific promotion, it is your responsibility to contact the support team and gain a full understanding before partaking in a promotion.

Good luck!

Ive had a chat few minutes ago.
The CS rep. told me Ive met the WR .
So I asked if I could go ahead with one withdrawal and he said YES, no problem also cause my docs were already previously approved.
The only problem is when I try to print .........my printer decide not to work.
I wrote down the chat ticket number thou. They always post one.
I will have to wait for my daughter after school.........Im not a computer literate, I can hardly type..........lol

the only rtg that has no max cashout on a deposit bonus is inet.(that i know of for sure) also no max cashout on their comp points. a rep said so on this forum so that is the only rtg that i will accept a bonus at.

SH*T OUTTA LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol.
Anyway I want to make clear that my withdrawals were still pending when I began to have doubts.
So I went to the cashier and I reverse them in to my account again.
I start at this point to wager again using higher bets ($50.00)
I wagered more than 40K.
At this point I went to the chat and asked the CS rep if I had met the WR he said YES. So I ask: can I go ahead with the first of my cash-out answer YES.
Only after these 2 positive anwers I repost the first withdraw, which was previously reversed.
Dont you think I should be okay?
Thanks all of you.

Of course congrats on your big (pending) win, kakata.

Im not a computer literate, I can hardly type..........lol

Kakata, have you made a screen shot (do you know how..if not, do a search here) of your current balance, in case the casino suddenly decides your winnings get lost? Of course provided you didn't breach the T&C.

Anyone know if a withdrawal request is made, even if cancelled, if this could void winnings. I'd like to read through thoe T&C's. I believe some casinos have clauses saying bonus and winnings are removed if WR not met, if you do premature cash out request.

Yes Ive printed the Cashier screen several times.
You can clearly see the pending withradal I made,my balance,
plus the comps points.
Since Im still playing , I do make a printout every now and then.
Thanks for the advice.

As this is Crystal Palace, I predict they will get you for claiming a bonus while having a pending withdrawal. (I think this is in the general, not bonus, terms)

30x WR AND ending up over D+B is pretty near impossible, and I am sure they will want to know how this "impossible" bonus was beaten (random jackpot in this case).

crystal palaca paid me

Hi everybody,
I MUST tell all of you guys......Ive been paid my first $5000 weeekly withdrawal.
Is it me............or all those who havent been paid ............actually made some wrong move?

Congrats! Ho Ho Ho! I think everyone who cashes out has their own set of circumstances under which they withdraw, so who knows if it was a wrong move or a situation played under that caused the casino to look at the withdrawl more closely than others...all I know is if you play in good faith and within the rules you deserve to be paid. Period!

Again, congratulations and happy holidays!:) :)

I have been fully paid and I HAVE TO SAY in a timely manner.
God I was scared........lol.
Maybe they like me.
Happy new year to everyone and thanks again for the support Ive really appreciated.

Thanks for coming back to post and let us know Kakata. So many don't after they make their original post. I'm glad you got paid. After this, stick with casinos accredited here, and you should be okay.

I really love theyr random jackpots which are way higher than other RTG.
F.I. today 45K ..........on Achilles..................5K at Bodog.
Sometimes this are OFFERS U CANT REFUSE.
AND i HAVE TO SAY AS i ALREADY DID.............I got my money, why shouldnt I give em another chance ?(to pay me of course)
Anyway I didnt make a deposit yet...thinkin about it.

Crystal Palace is still a major below board player, however if you do hit a random jackpot there - or at a host of other disreputable RTG licensees - they WILL most likely pay you because each site contributes to the overall pool (so they're insulated from absorbing a major hit to their coffers...)

As previously mentioned kakata, take the money and RUN!!!!

Hi dc 999 I know all about your dispute as you will probably recall in previous posts.
I have a different question to ask.
If, as you say, and I do believe you of course,THEY pay cuz not responsible for the whole amount..............I shouldnt have any problem in cashin out.............I only play slots.
Dont you think so?
Kakata

It's always a risky proposition to stay with a site that has such a LONG and disreputable history like Crystal Palace (and their sister sites do..)

I had been paid by them in the past, and then PRESTO...big win/no winnings.

I would think if you MUST play (for whatever reason) at one of their sites, then yes if you hit "random jackpots", the likelihood of getting screwed is greatly reduced.

The problem though, is YOU NEVER KNOW when the jack (or Oliver) will be let out of the box.

I'd go with inetbet or 49er or Geisha Lounge if I were you.

Good Luck!

dont know if this will be much help but i have won several big jackpots at rtg casinos ,11.000 and 8.000. i was only allowed to pull out 5,000 per month, it took a few weeks but i did get it. also make sure your bonus did not have a cash out limit. some bonuses is 10 xs and some have a max cashout of 2,000. i did not use a bonus at all when i hit my jackpots but i still was limited to 5,000 per month. well good luck ..

Kakata, frankly I'm surprised you would continue to patronize a rogue operator like the Crystal Palace organization regardless of the fact you're one of the select few who actually got paid after having a concern/issue resolved.

I can honestly state, that IF I ever see my money from CP, and they offer me a 1000% percent deposit bonus with no wagering requirements, I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.

The Meister can only do so much to help players. The rest is up to us.

They've been put on the spot by being "re-rogued", and have seen several high profile player abuse cases cited prominently on this site. Choosing to play there at this juncture, is a direct slap in the face to the whole concept of an online casino community banding together to try and force below board licensees to clean up their act.

Sorry for my tone, but I have little tolerance for folks that raise a ruckus when they're personally impacted, but then go right back to supporting below board businesses the minute their individual situation is remedied.

My lord, if we all thought like kakata, and renewed our support for corporations, governments etc after we were "taken care of" personally, can you imagine the many consumer and human rights injustices that never would have been solved?

Who said that Im still playng there.?
I only said I was paid.
The reason I said that is to confirm how LUCKY i was.
There is a difference between been lucky and been idiot.LOL
Well Im lucky and lucky only.
Good luck to you DC99

Forgot to tell you.
I did play there for a while after winning.
I did it only cause I was afraid they would have stopped my payments.............Ive read somewhere it did indeed happen to someone.
That was the only valid reason in my opinion to keep playing.

Well you have made a wise decision!:notworthy

Also, I apologize if I misconstrued your intentions with playing at Crystal Palace.

Believe me, I am 100% on your side, and my only point was we ALL have to stop patronizing rogue casinos especially because we're in the midst of some very turbulent times..

Good luck kakata...I hope you hit many more random jackpots - and get paid in a timely fashion!
