I get our cable bill today and it is higher than normal....so I look on the back and we got charged for 3 pay-per-view movies.....2 were Lucky you and the other one was The Assassination of Jessie James.
For the first few weeks of February pay-per-view wasn't working, when you would order the movie it would say something like "error, please forgive the inconvenience" (that was when we ordered the first 2 movies back to back, within minutes of each other)
Fast forward to the end of the month, we tried it again to watch Lucky You, (not that good of a movie by the way, lol) and it worked...woohoo, finally.
The man on the phone just told me we are being charged for 2 movies (one of which we didn't get to see because of their problem) he tried to give me the run around so I asked to talk to his supervisor, I am on hold as we speak....MIND YOU THIS IS OVER $3.99!!!!!! It's not the money I'm upset about, it's the fact that they weren't working and are trying to charge us for THEIR mistake.
It's funny how a supervisor isn't around, I have been on hold for like 5 minutes, maybe more..... I'll keep ya posted...hahaha
