This casino has gone crazy. I have never ever known who the hell they are, where they appear from or anything else but they are recently calling me constantly and I've told them not to call me but this is really the last straw...

The time now is about 1:00am and I have just received a phone call from the casino about 10 minutes ago.

Is there an authority which I could complain to or something in regards to this? It's midnight and I'm asleep already and they have just called me on my cell phone and woke me up!!!

Are they crazy or something?

Oh my gosh... Please for goodness sakes... please AVOID this casino at all cost unless you would like them to call you in the middle of the night to promote something of theirs to you (Bonus or etc).

Had that happen with Lucky247, couldn't get the agent to finish the call as he was insisting that he had such a good offer for me. Turned out to be only the usual 50% match they have on offer every week. I literally had to switch of my phone to keep them from calling again.

On another note, I might spend a few weeks in Malaysia soon as i have a project with Kian Joo, Nilai. Can you access casinos like Bet-At, Videoslots, Guts, 32RED? And can you use Neteller and Ecopayz in Malaysia to deposit at the casinos?

Cheers
Harry :)

EDIT: To answer your question. There is little you can do since you agreed to their T&C's when you signed up. You could check though if you can un-tick in your profile to receive offers via Phone/SMS/EMAIL. Any reputable casino gives you that option.

I just give casinos a phone number to a cell I have yet no longer use. Still my number so nothing untoward as I'm not obligated to allow casinos unfettered access to contact me and the number is mine. Same as setting up a separate email acct stricly for casinos to use as opposed to say, work, friends and family.

Just to answer your questions...

1. Yes you can access any website you like in Malaysia. There's no restrictions on which website you access or something like that.
2. Depositing is up to you. Neteller and Ecopayz does not stop you from depositing no matter where you are in the world. As long as your Credit Card is good for the money, they will be able to go through.

On a side note.
I have NEVER signed up with that stupid company. So how is it that I'm to be blamed for agreeing or something to their T&C?

Thanks Aodat :)

And sorry, i assumed you had signed up with them. That makes it even worse.

This sucks! Nothing worse than a casino cold calling! I have had it in the past and told them not to contact me again - and if they need to email me!

I personally dont want ANY casino calling me for any reason unless they ask to do so first via email or at my request.

I used to welcome calls from the casinos 'Back in the day'

Realistic times they called and was always once you were registered and an active player.

Best example I can recall was a chap called 'Richard' from VPL, always gave me a free chip and/or FS with a realistic WR along with a good deposit match 9/10.

They would also actually chat with you about none casino stuff and not rush into their 'spiel' which was sugar coating I know but good to see they 'made the effort'

I tend to avoid most nowadays, especially the 'cold calls' but do have some fun if they catch me in the right frame of mind, playing really stupid, putting on all sorts of different accents and generally been as awkward as I can.

Try turning off your phone at night. It works really well.
