Thanks Bryan.

I'm really looking forward to getting my 'purple' name back so I can start running some fun forum contests like the good old days.

And thanks for the kind words Rainmaker. :)

I´m thinking about signing up. Are the 2 signupbonuses (ND10 + 300%) able to clear in the casino or are they bingo only?

Hi IanO

Only 8 slot games (& 4 fruities)? Are there more coming?

Cheers

Simmo!

I believe there are more than that already, but maybe not possible to see if you're not logged in.
Ian said that they have Immortal Romance but I can't find it anywhere.
I had no idea that they had MG slots on a bingosite, but that's great;)

I would have a question not that important but anyways.Would you be able to implying "Instant Banking" deposit method AND Withdrawl.I know alot MG casinos has Instant banking as deposit method but not withdrawl for some reason.I know almost all Netents has Instant banking as withdrawl and deposit method and example casinoeuro and comeon has some Mg games but only few.Would be nice if a Mg casino had it as withdrawl and deposit method.

The £10 sign up bonus and 300% first deposit bonus are both given as BBz's, which can be spent in the Bingo rooms. Any winnings from bingo can be used in the casino, but never the BBz's themselves. You can spend your BBz's whenever your cash balance reaches '0'.

It's probably worth noting that the rollover requirement for that bonus is 3X your first deposit plus any bonuses received. You can meet the rollover in bingo or any of the usual qualifying casino games (IE: slots are ok but not blackjack, craps etc)

We have dozens of slots.... but I guess the update to our lobby cant come soon enough if you both had problems finding them. Hopefully the new-look lobby will be released this week. I shall keep you posted.

You're right Tirilej in that they're much easier to find when you're logged in. Immortal romance, Gold Factory, Thunderstruck, Tomb raider, Cashapillar... They're all there. We are missing a couple of the older, less popular games, but if you have a favourite and can't find it just let me know and I'll make sure it gets added.

Thanks for the feedback. :)

I figured wd speeds would come up soon enough, with rapid withdrawals being such an understandably high priority for many members. I just wish I had a better reply for you.

Sadly, we cannot currently guarantee instant withdrawals. Faster withdrawals are always something I will push for, but at the moment the average timeframe for a customer to receive a withdrawl they have requested is 5-7 days.

AH Ok thanks IanO - I didn't sign up as I just

and only saw a few. Might be an idea to list what you have on that page (images) as it put me off joining.

EDIT: Just saw that, reading the text on that page, it says you have 25. I don't read text, I just look at pictures :D

I signed up to Butler's Bingo due to the MG slots (they are all there, although hard to locate from the lobby).

Was disappointed that the bonus can only be spent on Bingo - it really isn't clear when you sign up and I hadn't seen the reply from the rep.

So basically there is no casino bonus, even though there is a 'casino bonus' line in your balance.

Disappointing. I now have a bonus which is useless to me as have no interested in playing bingo. Did try a few lines but can't quite see the point!

Oh well.

Hi irmster,

Can you please PM me your username on our site. Over the weekend a couple of players came through with similar enquiries and I've been speaking to casino management this morning to see if there is anything we can do.

Thanks,

Iano

Actually, it is all very clear if you read the bonus rules, which anyone thinking of taking a bonus should. It states clearly that there are three balances - real cash, bingo bonus, and casino bonus. The signup bonus also states clearly that the bonus is in the form of "Bbz" (bingo bonus), which obviously cannot be used in the casino.

So, it's really your problem, as you clearly didn't read the bonus rules. IanO will be too polite to tell you this, so I'm doing it :D

@IanO - I would like to support you and give it a try, but 5-7 days for a withdrawal is way outside of my idea of an acceptable timeframe, and many players would be in the same boat. If you cannot pay in 48 hrs or less, you are going to find it difficult to attract players and maintain their loyalty. I'll keep my eyes open for a change in that area.

@irmster - please check your e-mail inbox for a message from Astrid regarding your request for a casino bonus.

@ everyone else - We are planning to introduce a more casino friendly welcome and reload package in the near future... but for now please note the welcome bonus is in BBz's as Nifty correctly pointed out.

@ nifty -Thanks for the support. Regarding our current average WD times we can get people their cash in under 48 hours, and have done many times.... however, it's not something I can guarantee so I'm not willing to make promises I'm not 100% certain our finance team will keep. Once our average drops below the 48 hour benchmark I will be sure to come back here with a massive fanfare... and look forward to welcoming you as a player then :)

I have been given the bonus now to my casino a/c.

many thanks to the Rep and to the casino management for this .

Is play only available in pounds?

Also, I'm a little unclear about the 10 free bonus. Is it possible to withdraw from this if a deposit is made? Or is this only for fun?

If it is not possible to win and withdraw (such as another bingo site I joined), I think this is unfair to the paying players, as the prize is won and added to a bonus that cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be won by someone that might qualify for a withdrawal.

Hi Jasminebed :)

Right now you can have your account in £ sterling or € euros. I know this is probably putting some Canadian players off, so I'll keep pushing and update you on that as soon as I get a breakthrough for Canadian $$.

Regarding the £10 sign up bonus, it works like this. You sign up and get the £10 right away, as BBz's (Bingo Bonus bucks). You can use them to play Bingo, and winnings in Bingo can be used to play more Bingo or in the Casino. You would not be able to withdraw any winnings until you make a deposit however.

When you deposit you automatically get the first deposit bonus (if anyone does not want that bonus, let me/us know prior to depositing/playing). It's at that point that you start working towards the playthrough, which as I mentioned above is 3X that deposit plus any bonus funds given.

As a random example: You get the free £10 and play with it, ending up with £50 in your cash balance. You then deposit £10, and get the £30 first deposit bonus (300%) . This means you have a balance of £90 (£60 cash +£30 BBz's) to play with. Your rollover in this case would be your initial deposit (£10) plus the bonuses awarded (£40) X 3 - total rollover of £150. Once you have placed £150 in qualifying wagers you are free to withdraw your full cash balance, which includes any winnings from your bonus. Any BBz's remaining in your account when you withdraw are forfeit.

btw, this playthrough only applies to your first deposit. All subsequent deposits get a 50% (bbz) reload bonus and zero wagering requirement.

I hope that clarifies it for you, but if you're still unclear how it works or have any follow up questions just let me know.

I have accounts elsewhere that are US Dollars (I wish I knew then what I know now re the costs with exchange rates) and I'm not able to change my currency.

Would Butler Bingo allow a player to change their currency if they beginning offering other options?

If you're asking will we ever allow accounts in US $, the answer is: ''Only when gambling is fully legalised in the US''. Until then no.

I say 'when', and not 'if', because I remain ever the optimist for all the Americans with their limited choices currently.

US dollars are used at a number of casinos that do not accept Americans.

I was not aware of that. To be fair though it's not something I look for when playing online myself. Are they mostly casinos that used to operate in the US but no longer do? I'm not sure of the logic of offering that currency otherwise.

my question was really if I open an account in euros, and you later offer CAD as an option, could I change my currency to CAD?

Ahh, sorry I misunderstood the question. I'd think it unlikely, due to the myriad of small probles that might create, but will double check that and once I know for sure I'll get back to you.

Had a play and happy to say the games ran a lot more smoothly than other bingo sites using the Quickfire platform. Does that mean you aren't running of the Quickfire servers Ian?

Thought the lobby layout could be improved. Scrolling to see all the slots is a bit of a pita and personally I prefer all the images on one page as is common at many places now.

Didn't test a cashout as I saw the "Reverse WIthdrawal" tab and that's enough to put me off being a regular but otherwise, that and cosmetics aside, it played well and the cashier was fine.

Good luck with it
