Almost 3 months to the day after hitting an £8000 Royal Flush with Guts, I just hit a £2000 Royal Flush with Golden Tiger.

I have given Golden Tiger a considerable amount of play in the last 7 days.
I have already received 1 withdrawal to my PayPal account after their 48 hour pending period.
I now have £2700 in pending/reversable status, all of which should be paid by Thursday at the latest.

As always, I have not taken any kind of bonus and only ever played with my own money.

Do I have anything to worry about?

Adam.

Nice one - congrats :D

They have been around for ages. They have low maximum weekly cashouts but you're under that so all should be fine if you weren't playing with any bonus where VP is excluded.

They are a CR (Casino Rewards) site but are reliable and pay fine to legitimate players. The most notorious spammers in casino-land so be aware you will endure daily direct casino e-mails from them plus likely affiliate spam from now on. Their spam is like herpes - once you've had the first outbreak you'll have them forever until you kill the e-mail account.:(
They also have a rep here somewhere and get few complaints.
Most posters here tend to avoid them due to spamming but mainly the antiquated 48-hour pending they have on withdrawals.
You'll be paid fine as long as within their terms.

I am grateful for the replies.

I probably worry far too much but its hard to rest until the money appears.

The only nagging issue I have found with Casino Rewards group is the 48 hour pending period. I very rarely reverse or cancel withdrawals, and wouldn't dare for such a large amount.

Reading some other threads on here today it seems like it causes a lot of heartache for some people. I can't imagine giving so much back. It's hard enough to win as it is, nevermind giving it back through being impatient.

Nice going. I played there quite a while ago and as others said I was inundated with Spam. Always got paid out though.

I have been playing at CR for years, in fact Captain Cooks was the first online casino i registered with in 1998. Don't play much with the CR group anymore since my VIP host Javert left about 1.5 years ago but still do the occasional deposit at Golden Tiger Casino. They always flush my withdrawals when i request them during normal business hours via email to support@casinorewards.com , was never a problem and depending on when i made the withdrawal i would have the money in my Neteller account within hours to max next day, except weekends (no processing on weekends). They sit in Australia, so you have to take in account the time difference.

Last time i requested a flush was 15.Oct 2014 and had an email from support within 30 minutes that is had been done, so not too long ago. Try it and see if it works. :)

I was told by Live Chat when I first opened the account that the 48 pending period applies to all customers and it isn't possible to flush withdrawals, so I am very interested to hear that your experience has been contrary to this.

I will certainly contact them tomorrow during their working hours on the email address you supplied. I would be very grateful if they would provide me with the same service.

I was told this week that there is no flushing available. Beware of the the pending period for withdrawals, it can be up to 96 hours - a withdrawal I made at a CR casino on Wednesday was still pending yesterday and I was told that it would not be processed until Monday because of the weekend, so on this occasion its a 4 day pending period.

I never had a problem getting withdrawals flushed, maybe because i was a VIP player with them for a long time. It is now Monday, 06.30am in Sydney, so the payment team should start work within the next 2-3 hours

Just double-checked my last withdrawal, made it on 15th Oct 2014, 05.04am Bangkok time which is 08.04am in Sydney. Sent the email 2 minutes later and had the money in my Neteller account appr. 7 hours later. They only do one payment batch per day, so it looks like it is done early afternoon.

Also i just saw that i always send the email to: support@crhelpdesk.com and their answers are coming from support@casinorewards.com ....never realized that until now :)

Hope it works out for you :)

Does anyone have their username or could someone send a PM to alert them and maybe they can provide us with a definite response.

No dice...

Sent and received a couple of emails within the last few minutes.

I have been told that all withdrawals are subject to a pending period that lasts for 2 business days.
The group do not offer a withdrawal flushing service.

It's a shame but I accept that this is their way of doing business. I knew this going in and it's fine.

Live Chat is always friendly and helpful, the deposit and withdrawal proceedure is straightforward and they verified my documents very quickly.

No complaints about Golden Tiger. I'll just be patient.

Sorry mate, maybe it will change if you play some more and advance to Diamond status.

The good thing is, they pay reliably. Never had a problem with the CR group, largest withdrawal was just over 16K Euro and it was paid without a hitch.

Very nice hit BTW, from only 2 cards held to Royal Flush...WTG :D

Pretty incredible. I hit one with GUTS back in November for £8000.

Almost 3 months to the day. £11,000 in Royal Flushes in 3 months is pretty sweet.

I am going to Vegas in March thanks to the hit at GUTS.

Casino Rewards are on the ball. They requested additional documents which I have just sent. Now just need to wait out receiving the withdrawal.

Many people share this impression of "spamming" - including myself until a year or so ago when the rep explained to me exactly how their mailing policy works.

Basically players should only be sent bonus offers from casinos they have signed up to. These ARE very frequent, but if you don't want them you can unsubscribe. (Remember there are 30+ casinos in their group, so if you've signed up to more than one, you will get multiple e-mails).
If your account is dormant at one of their casinos for a year or more, they will start sending mails promoting some of their other brands to see if any of them have something more appealing to you.
Again, if you don't want to receive ANY e-mails from CR, you should be able to unsubscribe.
If you are having trouble stopping the e-mails, contact the rep here and I'm sure she will sort it out for you.

Spam from affiliates used to be a problem, but I think they have this pretty well controlled now; certainly the few spammers I reported to them have been dealt with and stopped.

All in all, maybe not the very best - but a pretty decent group IMHO.
