Ok I have a question and I just want to see what your opinion is. Recently I have been playing with bonuses at Slotocash and Inetbet. I like both of these casinos but I have noticed the same thing each time I play with a bonus. Most times while the WR is in effect I can get the games to play decent and manage to sometimes meet the WR, however then it all seems to go downhill. I like to atleast cash in with $500+ however once my WR is finished I generally have less than $200 and I can't get the games to do anything. I have stopped playing and waited until the next day, I've changed games and bet size but nothing matters. I'm not suggesting anything inappropriate however it happens each time I make the WR. Has this happened to you guys too? If so any suggestions? :)

Unfortunately RTG is not the only platform that does that . Clearly it's not just our imagination . I had the same issue with some RIVAL casinos way back . Decided not to stick around and switched platforms just to find the same thing happening pretty much everywhere . So i decided to chase freebies and never take bonuses on deposits . At least that way i can actually win something . My country is banned pretty much all over the RTG platform nowadays , because of some mysterious bonus abuse that i am having problems understanding . Anyways i pretty much hated their slots . So i can`t really help you there , but trust me , your are not the only one that noticed that pattern . Try some free chips , those are really silly at RTG`s , i find it almost impossible to clear WR on . Even if i do , i end up with 10$ or whatever , going down from initial 300$ in a matter of minutes . It`s just sick ...

I think it's more a case of, the longer you play (the more spins you make) the closer you get to the machines payback percentage... in other words, we are doomed to lose the more we play -ev games.

That's why I hate a bonus. If I do get a great hit, I want to cash out, not continue playing and playing to satisfy WR with the likelihood of losing it all.

The WR are set where they are for a reason, and it's not so we can easily win and withdraw.

I have felt that way for a long time and have continually thought that myself. However, I think the other reply was probably more the truth - the longer we play the more apt to lose. But it does make you think that when you play with no bonuses for oh lets say 3 or 4 deposits and lose in about 3.4 seconds, and then you take a bonus and immediately hit a huge amount (but always in the beginning) and you win win win until you start getting close to your wagering requirements and then suddenly you lose lose lose "just" in time to have a small amount if anything left, it does make you wonder :p

I have given up for the most part taking the bonuses... Sure, I play a little less because essentially I have to have double my money before I deposit (I only take 100% bonuses) so that I have a fair amount to play with, but it's worth it when you do hit the "big one" and can turn around and cash right out.

The same exact thing happens to me. With a bonus i can play and play and hit and hit but when the wr is almost over it goes down hill for me. You are not alone.

hi thats part of the reason i gave up on rtg software could only ever hit on free max cashout chips & if you carry on playing after that it would be swallowed up in no time )

I have quite an other problem. I cant hit anything on RTG, no matter if i take a bonus or not :))

Cheers

Same here... bonus or not... it all goes south very quickly, never getting above beginning balance enough to even consider cashing out. And one of the reasons I've pretty much thrown in the towel.

Make smaller bets when you get close to completing the wagering requirement, or when you just hit something big and still have a bonus. Told myself this many times, but never got it done.
However I did get pretty good at using the hit and run strategy. Whenever you hit something big, place 7-10 more bets, if those don't give you profit, move on to the next slot.

I have never head of a general RTG ban on a specific country, even though a few RTG casinos have some pretty odd regional bans. Club World accept players from the USA, and from Canada, except for the "town of Markham", which seems to be a suburb of one of the bigger cities. Other than "bonus abuse", no explanation has been forthcoming as to why this one town has such a unique form of such "bonus abuse" that a total ban is necessary, whereas "bonus abuse" from anywhere else is dealt with on a case by case basis, with individual players being banned from further bonuses.

What do you know about this "mysterious form of bonus abuse"?

I don't really understand the question in this thread at all, simply because there are a lot of people that actually cash out, playing with a bonus. We can't just all do that all the time.;)
I cashed out $500 2 days ago. Won on a free chip. Before that a couple of month back $750, from a free chip, and a lot of smaller cashouts.
I rarily use bonus when I deposit, and I rarily cash out, but so far it seems like my free chip winnings are paying for my deposits. Strange isn't it?:p

Well it happened again last night. I took a special offer Desert Casino had where you deposit 50$ and get a total of 200$ to play on the new game Loch Ness (which I love). I was betting $6.25 and hit and got it up over $1k, the WR however was $7k, so after going up and down the closer I got to the requirement being met it plummeted. I am wondering if it may be as someone suggested, the longer we play on a game the less chance we have of winning. So....I will try another route and when I hit I will try the game for a little while and then go to another game. I have not won in quite awhile, I lose quite often because I play every day, so maybe my time will come soon. Congrats to those that have won! :)

The nice thing about bonuses at Sloto's casinos tho are they do seem the be the most generous with freebies tho.
Like if you bust they tend to throw a $5 to skys the limit chip your way just for busting out. The chips do normally carry a 25x bonus.
Plus every so often when they mail out bonus offers, they'll throw even more free money your way.
Plus if you play at Sloto. Every Wednesday they post a sound clip of a movie or song. You just gotta be able to name the movie or song. Then you get $15 free to play with.
Yet I have found myself to be in a new class of players at Sloto. Apparently I'm eligible for bonuses such as 75% bonus with 20x playthru. If I bust, I get 40% of my busted deposit back as a cashback option with no max cashout. Only catch is a 5% playthru on the cashback.
So for an RTG based casino, I've come the conclusion that apparently Sloto is going to treat me rather well. Now just a matter of experiencing a cashout via wire.

The more bets you make, the more you expose your bankroll to the house edge.

It's the reason why you seem to lose more as you play more. It's also how the casinos arrive at their wagering requirements I.e. they work out that theoretically you will bust by the time you meet them.

There is nothing sinister or underhanded about it. Bonuses are the casinos money and they need to ensure they aren't just giving it away.

Well, that does explain a lot, you are betting very high on a high variance game for a $200 starting balance. It's a good way to play if you want to make money in the long run but you will get very few cashouts, just those you get will be for several thousand. Do watch out for any max cashouts though and expect to be bonus banned after a while.

Once you hit something decent but still have wrs left change to a medium to low-variance slot and bet small. Say you have $700 balance with $800 in wrs left. If your aim is to cash out $500 you must be prepared to grind out the wrs at mid-low variance slots at low bet sizes. Avoid slots like Count Spectacular, T-Rex or Paydirt as it could take ages to get a feature and even when you do it could pay peanuts. With the example above , if you play at slots like Diamond Dozen or Mermaid Queen at 0.40 bets you are likely to cash out $500-$600. It is still possible with these medium variance slots that you could go 3-400 spins without hitting a feature or anything decent but these occurences are few and far between.

Putting it mathematically, if you play at medium/low variance slots at 0.60/0.75 per spin and your sessions are average it would mean that you stand to lose $350 of the $1k back after completing wrs(assuming an rtp of 95%) You are committing suicide if you continue at $6.25 bets at such a high variance slot and you are actually banking on getting hit by lightning twice in succession. If you are patient enough to grind through the wrs at low bets cashing out $500 from a $1k balance with $7k wrs left is quite achievable. Just dont be greedy.
