Sorry if I posted this in wrong place,Got an offer from Zodiac Casino saying "Deposit £1 and we will give you £20 free" done this and managed to go through the play through, only to be told that because I have an account with Casino Rewards and have already claimed the bonus at a different casino that they will not pay my winnings, would be pleased if anyone can advise me,have e-mailed them but as yet no response.

Were you actually sent a personal invitation to take this bonus?

If so, first please send the casino representative (Renee) a Private Message about your problem by following this link: Link Outdated / Removed

After giving them a reasonable amount of time, if they do not put things right to your satisfaction, you can Pitch-A-Bitch.

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Maybe 2 weeks ago we had a thread here , where a guy from romania exploitet that bonus in all CR casinos available . In the end CR paid the guy but they updatet there bonus abuser rules that this bonus can be claimed only one time across all CR outfits .

Have you read the rules for this bonus ?

Anyway it should not be possible to claim this bonus twice . They have to update their system that people can not claim this bonus more then 1 time.

8.In the event that the Player has not made a deposit at this or any other Casino Rewards member casino, you may not redeem more than one sign up bonus within the Casino Rewards network, regardless of the individual casino offering the sign up bonus.

This is the "deposit between bonuses" term that may have caught the OP out.

It is not entirely clear though, as it does not specify whether the deposit has to be one without a bonus, thus it could be said that if the previous SUB or offer was taken with a deposit, then a deposit has been made.

The KGC may look favourably on this interpretation of the above term, especially if the invite email came from Casino Rewards themselves as a result of signing up at the other casino earlier.

Obviously, the "spirit" of this term is that players do not just hop from one casino to the next, playing only the SUB at each, but the wording is ambiguous. Try a complaint to the KGC, if they say "no", you won't get a better result with a PAB here.

The KGC may rule "pay half" because they did this in a previous case where the placing of a term meant the player had to surf around looking for it, something they HAVE now corrected, as all three sets of terms show up on one click to "terms and conditions" for this offer.

There is also a 25% of bonus max bet rule, and this is another possible reason that winnings might have been confiscated - too large an opening bet with the $21 starting bankroll. The max allowed bet under this rule would be $5.

Zodiac Casino bonus

Received a reply saying that I already had an account with them and had received a new player bonus already, this is not possible as not had laptop that long. Also not had account since Zodiac Casino stated when my card details were entered, will e-mail Renee mentioned and will let everyone know what reply I get

I've long had accounts at Casino Rewards properties. I've had an account with Zodiac for along time, but I get these spammy offers for that and other casinos I already belong to.

I do deposit and play with them still, just not as often as some places. I took a very similar offer at another casino they acquired, that I did not belong to, all went well.

If you had a previous account with Zodiac and just forgot, you'll probably find that it was new accounts only, and your best result may be having your $1 deposit returned.

If you just had an account at another Casino Rewards property, and you did make some deposits between freebies or near freebies, I think things will get sorted.

Renee is a pretty good rep, I'm sure she will look into your issue.

But Casino Rewards seems to supply wanna be affiliates with your email address, without all your account details, so they really don't know who they are targeting. I KNOW I have accounts at Blackjack Ballroom and Captain Cooks since my first couple of months of depositing online, so I don't even look at those offers, and I got the same one for Zodiac which I do belong to not long ago. All those emails say something along the lines of promotional terms apply.

If you have any doubts if you belong to a casino when responding to an email that's not addressed to you by your name, or has your account number, just ask support. They can check their records.

Ideally, you should not have not been issued the bonus if you were not entitled to it, but mistakes happen. If you were a new player and entitled to it, I think you will be paid, but be prepared to be bonus banned if it leaves you ahead overall.

While Casino Rewards has a much longer reversal period than many MG casinos, which I personally have succombed to, I've always been paid within their timeframe after the reversable period.

The e-mail they sent was sent to my own e-mail address probably after I took up a previous offer at nostalgia casino,I played the play through bonus with them and won and had no problems, but after getting the next offer from zodiac casino and winning there after playthrough, was told that I already had account with them, which was not possible as never had account with them, they said it was opened with different e-mail address, but the promotion was sent to my own e-mail address, and when I filled out new player registration, surely it would have come up as"account already exists" when I entered my name, d.o.b, address, etc

So it is possible you have another account with a different email address?

The CR site where you login to claim your bonus groups together accounts by email address so it would not show in the same list as your new one.

It should be easy to prove either way. Just ask for your other account number....if they can't, then they are telling porkies. Ask the rep for those details.

Good luck.

Zodiac has been heavily targetted by multi-accounters because of this 20 for 1 bonus. It seems this has nothing to do with the Nostalgia account, but all to do with additional Zodiac accounts having been traced back to the OP, but using a different email address. This doesn't fool them, as they can check hardware MACs recorded from these other accounts, and see if the same hardware was used.

The offer arrived to the current email address because despite all their denials, your email address DOES quickly "leak" to all sorts of spammers when you join up, which means your spam folder gets filled with offers from all the other casinos without regard to whether or not you already have accounts there. Some of these emails DO address you by name, but most quote your email address with lines like "your email address has been selected for......." and "your email address has won you $xxxx, click here to claim".

Almost all use one of a number of templates, and right at the very bottom is "* for new players only". A half decent spam filter will get the lot.

A regular player promotional email will quote one of your account numbers, and now often ends with a list of all CR account numbers linked to that email address. The system works fine if you always use the same email address throughout the CR network, but can fall over if you use a number of different email addresses.

Non Payout

E-mailed Renee about this and was told that I have another account,Which I know is not the case. Does anyone think I should try KGC or just give it up as,next time make sure I check out the casinos first before I play there

Try KGC, why wouldn't you?

The WORST that could happen is you not being paid, which has happened already.

The KGC will require Zodiac to back up their allegation with evidence. If they have no evidence, past experience says the KGC will tell them to pay up. They would then pay you and ban you.

Bonus

Thanks for your reply, have e-mailed riskmanagement asking them for details of the other account they say they have, asked them to reply within 5 working days, and supply e-mail address,name,d.o.b etc, will keep everyone informed of reply from them, would I be allowed to post the exact response I get from them?

Dennis, looks like that might be the best plan. Move on, there are other casinos that will treat you well and let you just have the fun you are looking for (plus the hope of winning!). There is no way to prove that you have no other accounts with any casino, if accused. I always ask when I sign up, in case I might have joined to try and forgotten in the past. And then, keep the answer from them.

If they reply, they are likely to say they can't give you this personal information unless you pass security, which means answering questions based on the data registered to this other account.

The only way to get past this is to complain to the KGC, who will get to see all this information, along with the data that shows this other account to be yours. The KGC will then decide whether the evidence is sufficient proof that you have this other account. If they reject the evidence, you will be paid, they HAVE to because it is the KGC telling them to.

I can't understand why you are resisting going to the KGC, and trying to resolve the issue by getting people who have no power to FORCE them to pay up to agree that you are in the right.

This illogical unwillingness to use the most effective route will make others suspect that you KNOW there is something "iffy" about your case, and don't want to go to the KGC as they are likely to see it and agree with Zodiac, which will effectively kill any chance of you getting paid through other channels.

Renee has already rejected your argument, and is also the contact through which CM and Max are likely to approach Zodiac.

Non payout

I am giving them 5 working days to reply to my request as a matter of courtesy, I know I only have 1 account with Zodiac. I can also supply proof of all deposits from my account and anything else they wish me to, I know I am a newbie, but don't judge me until the outcome of my complaint is complete.
If they do not reply to my e-mail at least saying that they are unable to supply the information, then who do you think has something to hide?

Did you PM Renee? Or just email support?

Nobody is judging you. You should afford the casino the same courtesy and cease suggesting they are "hiding something".

E-mailed Renee about this and was told that I have another account,Which I know is not the case.

Renee has shared some of the evidence with us and it appears that you have indeed got multiple accounts including 2 accounts at Zodiac Casino and 6 other duplicate accounts at their other casinos, all using the same home address, phone numbers, DOB, etc.

For lying about your circumstances, attempting to coerce the casino, and abusing your Casinomeister privileges the standard penalty is to be permanently banned from the site. I'll flag this for Bryan and let him make that decision.

It's so frustrating, you want to take someone at their word when they have a complaint but this just goes to show why people are suspicious right from the start. I always wondered why from the get go people would think something was up. Now I see why.

In doing the PAB stuff I try and maintain a "show me" point of view: someone -- player or casino -- can claim whatever they like but until they show me the evidence to back it up it's just so much talk. People will claim the moon is a Spanish omelet with your name on it if they think they it will put a few coins in their pocket.
