Windows Casino confiscated over 5000£ from me, saying that they don't like the way I play. Do I need to say anything further?
 
Footnote: this issue is excluded from the Pitch-A-Bitch process because of the One Shot Rule: "subsequent PABs can only be accepted if they are against Accredited Casinos" which WC obviously is not.

If you're looking for some support and a possible resolution to your issue you're going to have to give us the FULL true story behind your "rogue" claim.

Since Windows was taken over by King Solomons and moved from RTG to Playtech I have seen no complaints against them and personally consider this group to be reputable. (They were once CasinoMeister Accredited - but I don't know why they are not now).

So, what's the story?

side note: Windows was never accredited. They were in the rogue pit for years... :D

King Solomon was accredited, but they dropped off the radar.

I am an advantage player, but none of my friends is, so I don't understand how did they link me with someone apart from using the same strategy. What's the email I should contact? By the way, I thought I can file that PAB as Intercasino is an accreddited casino, and if I had filed a PAB against Windows Casino first, I definitely would have been able to file a PAB against Intercasino after that.

I understand what you are saying and this is the deal: Players who come here often have problems with a non accredited casino. They can get help here from maxd or Bryan.

After this they know about accredited casinos and are supposed to play at those to get the best kind of help if something screws up again. Max and Bryan have put a lot of work into PAB:s and they have to restrict the number of PAB:s in some way.

There is another thing to add as well. In my opinion you are allowed to use advantage play if the casino isn´t having a FU clause. I hope you get your money from both casinos.

But you have to be aware of the fact that many other players and casinos aren´t to happy with that kind of behaviour. It´s always risky because you will have the casinos eyes on you and they will not gladely pay you..

They tend to more often find "links" to other accounts when it comes to advantage play as well. Sometimes just because you are in the same IP range or same IP but you get a new ip every time you "log on".
 
I can't believe that Windows casino is still in business. But I did read above that they were bought out.

Very bad memories of that place...
