My reward points never showed up so I went to live chat and asked. They said I had to send a screenshot for proof. I said in order for me to send a screenshot I would have to deposit again, and get to the bonus screen and I wasn't going to deposit anymore for a mere $10. They said I could send a screenshot by going to view pays in the game, well I did, and they said that I did not get to the end as the last bar was not lit. I have the screenshot and the last bar was flashing but it was/is clearly lit. And if anyone has finished the 20 rounds on Thunderstruck 2, and they go look under view pays, I am positive they will see the same thing. The last bar is flashing.
So, I was going to deposit again and try to get a bonus to take a screenshot of my fully gold bonus screen but then thought.....they could say that that bonus was the one to put me at the 20th bonus round. So I can't do that. There must be someone from microgaming or somewhere who can actually go into my account to prove that I am well past the 20th bonus round. I just looked under the fortune lounge section however it seems other complaints are not being answered there either, so figured I might as well post here.
Oh, and as far as I am concerned they can now stick their measly $10, I just want to prove that I was indeed entitled to this bonus and then I can tell them to take all my accounts and shove them as they will never get another cent from me.........
Looking for ideas who to contact or what to do.........
And if anyone would like to post and verify that this is the case with the flashing bar under view pays, I would appreciate that also.......
