I think I said it before, but since January I am playing at bodog casino and place all my soccer bets with them!

I started off on bodog.com, now since I moved to Germany, I am plaing at bodog.co.uk....

A few things I have noticed about the bodog.co.uk site:

It seems to be waaay less established.
The customer service is not close to the American one
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PROMOTIONS FOR EXISTING PLAYERS!

I have never had a bonus offer from the bodog.co.uk site... on the .com site I got an offer at least every second week in the month....

Why are there no boni at the European bodog?

I used to get some nice ND boni on the .com site! Now, since I am back to Europe and after about 50 deposits... not one appreciation chip bonus!

Do they not have a promotion depatment for Europe?

Anybody gets offers from them?

I have never once received a ND bonus from Bodog, (wait, I think once I got $5 woohoo) and I used to play ONLY there. My last few deposits I didn't even receive a cashback bonus because I didn't meet their criteria. I have closed my account there, there are too many other good RTG which treat me a WHOLE lot better.

isnt it weird that one of the biggest online casinos doesnt really care about their players? I dont like that fact... maybe it all changed because of bodog beeing split into licensees

Well, they do give you a small percentage of your losses back on Monday morning automatically, and that's nice. But I agree that they don't do a good job of catering to their players. I have asked them on several occasions to add on the newer RTG games, and they just won't do it. Yawn. So I go elsewhere now to do the majority of my play.

You don't always get that small percentage back. My last 2 deposits I didn't receive anything back and asked them why, they gave me this long paragraph, the jist of it is, I didn't gamble through enough, or something similar, you have to meet their criteria. When you make small deposits, most of the time you don't meet that criteria.

Hi everyone,

For those of you who do not know me, I am the Global Bodog Brand Ambassador, I have been in the iGaming biz for years, and I have known the Casinomeister for years. :) I take your comments above very seriously and I want to thank you for sharing your feedback about Bodog.co.uk. What I am going to do is speak directly with the Bodog Europe licensee and share your comments with him- please stay tuned for a response from his side.

Also, if you ever experience problems with the CS of any of the Bodog licensees, please let me know and I will contact the decision makers and get the facts for you. PM me your location, account info, and the problem you are experiencing and we'll go from there!

Thanks so much, Becky

Thanks BodogBecky!!!

I cant wait for the answer of the bodog.co.uk licencee... Would be a great thing to see bodog.co.uk as a more player appreciating site!!!

Ok guys, here is the statement I received from Bodog Europe. PM me with specific q's/concerns/feedback, OK? Thanks!! Becky

We appreciate your honest feedback about Bodog Europe and the service we offer, and we would like to discuss your past experience and what to expect from Bodog moving forward.

As you have probably read in the press, the Bodog brand company, based in Antigua, is now a licensing one with Bodog Europe being one of the licensees. We have been working very hard over the past 6 months with various updates and releases to Bodog.co.uk with the most prominent being in the sports book where we now provide a full European betting experience. We continue working on many more exciting releases and most recently have just put live our new in-running product. For casino, we have a number of exciting plans to plug some gaps we know exist for European players.

Regarding bonuses we are working on these right now and have started to roll out all the great promotions and incentives on offer, with more to come.

For example we are offering a 100% poker reload to existing players, a brand new Friends with Benefits program where you will earn money when you refer friends to us and 15 days of poker where there is $15k up for grabs. Bodog europe's casino also gives cash comps to existing players based on activity twice a week. We are also working on regular newsletters to update all our loyal customers with the latest releases, promotions and news. If you havent seen one yet, one should be winging its way to you shortly. Those are just a few available at the moment for our regular players, but we have some existing casino promotions and loyalty schemes in the pipeline so details will be released shortly.

As for customer service, we pride ourselves on being one of the best in the industry. We have a very full and competent support staff who are available to take your calls and emails. We are also launching live chat in a couple of weeks to add an additional way to contact us when you need us most.

If you have a specific problem which hasnt been addressed, please contact us on casino@bodog.co.uk and we will help you with the query.

1) Many players from outside the USA signed up when the "original Bodog" was around. These player accounts presumably still exist through the Morris Mohawk licensing arrangement, which is primarily aimed at US players now. These players probably want to move over to the European licensee, since this presumably will offer them products closer to home, such as more European sport, and betting in their own currency rather than the US Dollar.

To avoid accusations of "player fraud", what should these players do, and what is ALLOWED (since a few might consider continuing to play at BOTH sites/licensees)

The obvious might be simply to create a NEW account at the UK site, but this could appear "fraudulent" because they might ALSO have an account with the US facing site. Indeed, some might WANT this in order to place US sports bets, or even (dare I say it) play the BONUSES at BOTH sites simultaneously.

2) Does the European site support the RTG casino/sports/poker product in our own currencies, namely the Euro, or for the UK (for now), the UK Pound.

3) Is the POKER offering a "network", allowing players in, say, the UK site to play against other players registered at the USA site.

I have some answers for you! :)

1. Those European players who registered with .com now automatically have an account with .co.uk. They should have been contacted directly, however if anyone has any questions about their account they should contact Bodog Customer Service and they will be able to answer your questions. If anyone is looking to sign up with Bodog and is unsure which Bodog Licensee they fall under, the Bodog website will geo-target them and they get re-directed to will be the site where they will ultimately have an account.

2. The European site covers Euros, GBP, USD and Rand.

3. Our poker site allows you to play with players all around the world depending on which tournament you decide to enter

Now, would it be possible to play at the .com site sometimes and sometimes at the co.uk site? For example I preferred the casino boni at .com, so I would play all the casino games there... and sportsbook at co.uk?! Is that ok?

Players based in Europe will not be able to play at the .com, however, Bodog.com and Bodog.co.uk have the exact same casino offerings, so never fear. :)
