Have you ever received any reply to your e-mail??

Why don't they have online chat?

People say this casino is good but before opening an account I am
already reluctant to do so due to their poor response.

Hi universexf6,

I've gotten plenty of responses to my emails, and Brad - the casino manager - is a member of this forum and makes frequent visits. :D

Perhaps you can contact him if you have a specific question/concern. Are you saying they don't respond to your emails? When did you send them and to whom?

Thank you Meister. I will try to contact with him directly. May be I am too
hesitant because they didn't give my any reply to my 2 e-mails but
having being ignored for 5 days for a simple question and having no chat
reduced my interest a little bit. :notworthy

Please check your spam filters. They have auto-responders for all of their support inquiries and usually a 20 time frame to be contacted by a human being. Please email Brad at brad@bodog.com. Thanks!

hmmm i have sent brad an email as well and no reply :confused:

dear meister, can you confirm that the signup bonus through your link is still 20%?

it indicates 20% on the link url but once i went to the site, i dont see the 20% offer anywhere :(

My apologies. I just received an email just a couple of hours ago staing that it's back to 10%
10% sign up bonus, 10% reload bonus and earn up to $200 for each friend you refer to Bodog
Sorry, about that. My fault - I'm just in the process of updating the site now. :(
