So, i've played at a casino called bluvegas.com. MGA licenced casino.
Deposited around around 4000 euro maybe & withdrawn 3100 euro + 1900 euro(this one is pending & is the one i have problem with).
I do never take any bonuses, so they are bonus free deposits.
Anyway the problem started when trying to withdraw the last 1900 euro.
I had preperad myself that i need to verify my account, so i asked kindly in the customer support if i could do that in advance.
It was no problem, got a mail adress to send all the docs to & so i did.
Short after i got a response in my mail that said it was all verified.
it goes around 2 days, and i get a new mail that i need to verify my account. This time with links which i was supposed to visit and upload the requested documents. And also they scanned my face with my webcamera...... To verify ID.
All good, and i got "successfull" on both id, and the bill to prove my adress.
Now today 8/4, i asked in customer support how my withdrawal was going, and they said that They NEVER recieved my documents & that i need to resend them.
And so i did.
So now ive sent my documents to them 2 times, to the same e-mail. And also uploaded via LINK earlier.
Either they dont know what they are doing, or they are trying to hold my balance so i play it a way.
I will keep you updated on how it goes. But right now, i'll wait "2"more days", again....
I have all chat history etc, that i saved. But not posting it here yet.
