Bluvegas - holding my balance - warning

So, i've played at a casino called bluvegas.com. MGA licenced casino.

Deposited around around 4000 euro maybe & withdrawn 3100 euro + 1900 euro(this one is pending & is the one i have problem with).

I do never take any bonuses, so they are bonus free deposits.

Anyway the problem started when trying to withdraw the last 1900 euro.

I had preperad myself that i need to verify my account, so i asked kindly in the customer support if i could do that in advance.

It was no problem, got a mail adress to send all the docs to & so i did.

Short after i got a response in my mail that said it was all verified.


it goes around 2 days, and i get a new mail that i need to verify my account. This time with links which i was supposed to visit and upload the requested documents. And also they scanned my face with my webcamera...... To verify ID.

All good, and i got "successfull" on both id, and the bill to prove my adress.

Now today 8/4, i asked in customer support how my withdrawal was going, and they said that They NEVER recieved my documents & that i need to resend them.

And so i did.

So now ive sent my documents to them 2 times, to the same e-mail. And also uploaded via LINK earlier.

Either they dont know what they are doing, or they are trying to hold my balance so i play it a way.

I will keep you updated on how it goes. But right now, i'll wait "2"more days", again....

I have all chat history etc, that i saved. But not posting it here yet.

Anyway. ill keep you updated.
Neverhad this experience on a casino before!
 
Either it's a case of the left hand not knowing what the right one is doing or they're stalling.

Knowing how shitty most casinos customer service is, I'd wager on them just having no idea what's actually going on.

Either way, hope you get your money. :thumbsup:
 
So i had some customer support chat tonight. I will keep you updated if they actually proceed with my withdrawal. Seems like they got a bit stressed when i shared the link to here.....

Why can't casinos just be smoooth! They have an edge anyway! I really hate this stalling,

And why did you deny that you didnt get my mails? As a programmer, devops worker, i have checked the status of all my mails sent to you, and they have all been recieved.
 
Pretty sure they don't have a rep here given I don't even see a review of there site. So this forum has nothing to do with them. AFAIK.

This forum has to do with any casino. This is gammix LTD & they have like 10 casinos+.

All are MGA casinos, which according to my experience allways trusted and pays.
 
You're probably going to get your money, but I wouldn't play there anymore. If it's such a hassle just to get a normal withdrawal then imagine what happens when there's some real problem.

Wtf are you on about? This site doesn't have relations with every casino in existence.

Also I am pretty sure that threatening casino that you're going to post, or have posted to casinomeister, will only have negative impact on your case if you end up doing a PAB.

This forum isn't some threatening tool for you to use against casinos to make them feel pressured to pay.

If you need money so desperately that five days is the be all end all for you then maybe you shouldn't be gambling at all. The CS respectfully let you know that the W/D was halted while you were being verified which is pretty normal. I can't imagine being so impatient that I would immediately threaten casino + post here after just a handful of days.

I know what this forum is.

But you literally just started posting questions in a thread. You directed the questions at the casino. Then you want what to happen? They magically find the thread to answer your question?

That is what I meant by this forum has nothing to do with it. That casino and the entire group don't have reps here. Therefore there is no way anyone here can give you any answer from the casinos side.

Have you even read my experience? They are saying they havn't got my docs, even though i tracked my mails & seen delivery success.
I've sent the same docs 3 times beacasue they said they never got them.

This is why my alarm bell is ringing, and that's why i created this thread.

i dont need the money baad, but it's a pretty big withdrawal, and all signals the casino has given me, makes me think they are stalling it.

i Got my withdrawal after like 10 days,

Not really okey in my opinion, when lots of casinos pays instantly nowadays with like paypal, skrill, trustly and so on.

I will probably never deposit here again.

Especially because of how they handle this issue. No one had a clue what was going on.

Some of customer suuport said it was verified. Some said i had to send again to another mail. And another one said i had to visit some links.....
 
Same problem here.. waiting over 4ke withdraw now 6 days. They say that the documents are not approved, but i have email 5 days ago that the account is verified.
 
9 days and i got the withdraw completed. I need to say 3 times that i will write this to GMA / Casinomeister complaints and last i say that i will report VISA to cancel all my deposits (the deposists before win was bigger) because this is a scam.. it takes after that 5mins to complete the withdraw.
